No customers in here only two workers one lady was having Lunch. Then one man working but actually standing on his phone. We came at 3:30p. The lady clocked out on break was more helpful than the guy working. He was extremely rude the entire time I was simply ordering. No name tag so I’m not sure his name but he’s definitely the reason I would not come back. A customer came in after me and he was rude to her as well not sure if he’s having a bad day or what.

Not only is this place empty if no one’s in it, which is not normal for a subway. The owner was mean and rude. I asked him if he accepted coupons, and he just snapped at me and said, can’t you read? So there’s this little sign and uh, in front of the glass, no coupons. Hey, you know what just coupons? According to their corporate office said They should be honored by my Subway stores. It’s a promotion this guy here, oh my God, I will never step foot in the Monroeville, Subway again, the place was dirty. It was empty though. Then I can see why I would not waste my time going there. Do not go. Did I support this organization? Then I hope Subway closes down this store. I have nothing positive to say. It’s all negative. This isn’t the first time my son. Mentioned, he had a problem with this same location.
I thought he was exaggerating, but if anything he was being nice, do not go here it will ruin your evening

My goodness, the grilled chicken sub was delicious. The chocolate chip cookie and the double chocolate cookie was nice and chewy too. And most of all, that Subway in Monroeville is nice and cozy.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The rudest employees ever. I thought at Subway you could add as many toppings as you want, the employee told me that I could have only a limited amount. Then proceeded to put one more olive every time I asked for more. When asked for more ranch she just poured 1/2 the bottle on the sandwich. And did not even wrap it up fully. Worst Subway I have been to ever. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Fire the owner and workers. Seriously.
Should I also mention they shut the lights down on us while we were ordering at 8:55 and when it says they close at 9:30.

This is the worst store and worst customer service I have ever received. That old lady always sit on her chair and don’t even responds to the customer and if she made a sub then it will be the worst. Employees are really rude and arrogant .

The staff are always very kind and take great care in making the food just how you want it. I’ve been there so many times that they know my order, and that level of attentiveness and genuine care for the customers is something not easy to find nowadays. 100% recommend this location as the best around!

I’ve lived in the area for several years now and I’ve been struggling to find a Subway that is clean, fast, and gets my order correct.
I’m not sure if this Subway is under new management, but around 2 months ago, I started ordering from here and I have to say, not only is the restaurant itself clean, but they always get my order correct. I often order on the app for pick-up and it’s ready every time I order.
Thank you to the employees working there, you’ve been doing a great job lately!
