This is probably my last time ordering Papa John’s. 1/4 of my Hawaiian pizza had giant bubbles, but more importantly, the crust just tastes like crap nowadays. I think they use cheaper ingredients and a new(similar) recipe, but it ain’t workin!working! One delivery guy about two months ago pulled my pizza out of the bag with my pizzas perpendicular to the ground instead of the cautious parralel tactic. The guy obviously never handled a pizza a day in his life.

The pizza was great, and the customer service was even better. Every staff member was friendly and pleasant, creating a welcoming experience. The Assistant Manager, Quys, went above and beyond to help me decide on the best option when I was feeling conflicted. I truly appreciated the extra care and attention. I will definitely be back!

Paid 37.50 for 2 medium pizzas and got 2 small pizzas in an oval shape. The guy taking my order was nice but the people making the dough and shaping it were talking about a million other things instead of focusing on their job based on what I got. I was told they were training new people but I don’t have the time to drive all the way back home so imma just be stuck with half of what I paid for. Used to love the quality pizzas I’d get here before, but for now I won’t be able to come back until I feel enough time has passed for these trainees to make a decent pizza.

I always order from here, the pizza never disappoints and is typically on time. I ordered ahead on Halloween for the pizzas to be delivered at 6:30 and this time the pizza wasn’t delivered until about 7:45. I typically would have left a terrible review, but huge shout out to the driver who came up with the idea of leaving the pizza in my car, as we were about a half mile away from our house trick or treating. I appreciate him for being willing to go the extra step, as my idea was just to leave it on the porch and hope nobody would take it.

Crust may as well been frozen pizza from the grocery store. Toppings were good. Wasted calories…wanted to try the “pan pizza”…it was a disappointment for sure.

Frustrating when you place and order, the printed label on the box reflects the correct order and the pizza is still made wrong. Be cautious when ordering through a 3rd party app. Your only correction option is a refund not a remake and redelivery of a correct order.

Papa Johns is frustrating! They are usually very quick but when you get your pizza, it is full of air pockets. I complained about it and they graciously remade it but then the second pizza (pictured below) had the same problem. They told me this is just the way it is but it doesn’t seem the pictures they advertise have it like this. I think they could do better if they wanted to.
