Today I visited Dunkin at Pocono Summit. I ordered avocado toast along with hash browns, but unfortunately, they did not have the toast available. I also asked for an egg and cheese croissant, but that item was unavailable as well due to a high volume of orders. Since today is Sunday and weekends are usually very busy, I feel they should keep more food items stocked to avoid running out so quickly.
Aside from the limited availability of some menu items, everything else was good. The staff was polite, the service was fine, and the overall experience was still acceptable. I have also added a reference to the cancellation receipt for the unavailable items.

Went to have a nice breakfast with my daughter and the quality of the food was simply horrible. The hashbrowns were burnt and nasty and the Ice coffee was watered down and you couldn’t even taste any coffee at all. It totally put a damper to the start of my day and ruined what should have been a nice breakfast with my daughter. I am so disappointed with this establishment.

This dunkin is always out of stuff that should always be in stock. Like whipped cream, flavored syrups, like caramel, toppings for drinks, etc. It’s disappointing. The service is good. Everyone is very nice and apologetic when they are out of items. They definitely need to do better with orders

We stopped by today for coffee and donuts. We tiped our order as support for the employees; however we were disappointed with the service. We asked for a cup of water for our toddler and they asked for 50cents. My wife didn’t have change on her and they wouldn’t give her the water; she had to leave and ask me to go back just to pay for 50cents cup fee. Very upset and disappiointed with the customer service here. We regret tiping them! Totally didn’t deserve it!

I placed a mobil order from the Pocono Summit location & when I got home, 1/2 my order was missing, 1 of my sandwichs was burnt to being almost black & the sandwich that was supposed to have extra bacon had no extra bacon. I tried calling the number on the receipt & it went straight to voicemail twice. I found another number online & called 5 times but it just rang busy & than disconnected.

Omg! I can believe after I paid for my two raspberry croissants while i was waiting for my coffe the actual took a croissant from my bag on the counter for there drive thru order. When i saw them they offer my a dount. Omg. That’s how Pennsylvania DD treat their customers.

Shovel your drive thru!! Beware if you have any type of sedan going through the drive thru. Even for SUVs!! I saw two SUVs struggle and slide getting through the drive thru area because of the mountain of snow piled up. Our sedan got stuck in the snow and after struggling for a few minutes we had to back out and go inside to pickup. The front bottom shield of our car got ripped off because of all the snow and had to take the car to a mechanic to get a quick repair so we could continue our way home. This is unacceptable and no apology from this location after telling them they had to shovel their drive thru.

Had a quick stop over for a coffee.. got some refreshers for kids .. refreshers tasted good .. coffee was ok. Less coffee taste and more milk / watery. Nice space inside to sit and eat . Good restrooms . Service could be faster .. lots of parking outside ..

They need to be a bit friendlier. I asked for certain donuts they gave me what they wanted. Attitudes we are not in Moscow we at the poconos. Also the donuts had Knats flying over them and just landing on donuts.i will never go there again again ugh!!!!
