I’ve tried a few gopchang restaurants, and this one is my favorite. The quality of the meats taste better, and I enjoy the items they give you like the soups and side dishes.
We usually get the combo that comes with the beef hearts. I think it’s around $67.
I also like that for the large intestine, they cut it up into small pieces and cook for awhile, so it can get crispy. All of the other gopchang restaurants I go to, they cut it into strips and turn the grill off after cooking for a short time.
Service is always super fast, and it looks very clean and newer inside.

The food and service here is exceptional! The employees were all very friendly and welcoming and they made sure we had a good experience. The gopchang was juicy, crunchy, and had a clean taste and was easy to eat even for people who may not be too familiar with gopchang! I would highly recommend this place!

This is a fairly new place. Inside is pretty big and spacious. All of the staff were wearing masks.
We were seating right away when we walked in. The menu isn’t too overwhelming, but has a good number of items to chose from.
Assorted spicy grilled gopchang: tasted delicious and is a good amount of spicy! Definitely did not need any additional sauce. The server does the cooking for you.
The side dishes were kind of lacking. As with most Korean restaurants, you can ask for refills for the side dishes. I was surprised there wasn’t any rice included in this set. However, you do get a spicy soup too.
Honestly, if I knew what gopchang was I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. Not a big fan of intestines, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Looking forward to going back to try other items too.

Been here twice already, consistently flavored food. Got the large and small intestines both very delicious. Waiters are fast and efficient with the serving and cooking. I live a little far but if I lived closer I would be there every week!

Great place to get gopchang! I loved how clean it was. The service was amazing and really loved the portion I got. I went with my boyfriend and we’ve tried several gopchang restaurants and I have to say this isn’t my favorite place due to flavor of the sauces and the taste of the gopchang…however it was still very yummy and worth it! I would say Gopchang Story in NYC really kicks off the standard of gopchang!! Wish they gave us more veggie options and more side dishes!

Gopchang Salon really impressed me. The gopchang was cooked to perfection — it had that perfect balance of crispy and tender that makes it so satisfying to eat. The banchan was fresh and packed with flavor, and the kimchi was especially good, adding the perfect level of spice and tang. The staff were nice, caring and made us feel welcome, which made the whole experience feel more delightful. There’s something special about a place where the food and service come together so well, and this spot definitely nails it. It was awesome, and the best Korean food I’ve had here in Georgia! I’m already planning my next visit here!!
