I stopped by here on my way to my room to pick up a sweet treat before going to bed. I had the crow nut and then also a macadamia nut cookie. They had other choices, but these are the ones that stuck out to me. Both were very good. This is the first time I’ve ever had a crow nut and it did not disappoint. It’s a pretty heavy pastry so one is definitely enough, but I am excited to try another one in the future. The staff was friendly. There were a lot of seats and it was decorated nicely creating a good ambience.

Dominique Ansel Marché in Paris Casino differs from Caesars Palace because it replicates the French sidewalk Parisian street style with crepes, ice cream, pizza, sandwiches and chicken serving both sweets and savory items. Caesars Palace is not a market and only serves sweet.

The cronut is what this place is known for but I’m not a fan of the monthly flavors. Plus we take it home with us and the cronut does not heat up well. When it’s fresh, it’s the best of both worlds with the fluffy donut and the crispy outside of a croissant.

I’ve been getting the DKA (Dominique Ansel Kouign-amann). They come in two sizes. These taste delish fresh and when it’s heated at home. Fun fact: I freeze it, take it down to thaw at room temperature then pop it in the air fryer and it’s just as good fresh with the layers of flakiness.

Their pastries such as the chocolate croissant is huge, buttery and filled with chocolate.

I also got the ice cream. They were out of mango calamansi so I got strawberry sorbet. Wasn’t anything special.

It’s nice to have a location on both side of the strip. If you want food, come to this location.

The food is fresh and the serving portion is always worth the money you paid for it. You’ve got to try their “ caramelized “ croissants and turkey sandwiches as well as the salmon sandwiches and beet salad. I went there to eat several times with friends. Well, just try everything there! Kelly our cashier had been more than courteous, professional and friendly. Thank you.
5 stars for this place inside Paris Hotel.

Tried this hidden gem in the Paris casino. The ambience is warm and welcoming; the food presented professionally. Berry crepe arrived hot and might have been one of the better dishes I’d had in LV. However, the “best seller” DKA was dry and tasteless. I would return in future to try the more savory dishes.

Very friendly service and very efficient. Cronut and DKA were delicious! We also shared our friend’s pastries and liked them all. You can’t go wrong.

Dominique Ansel Marché at the Paris Las Vegas is an absolute gem for anyone who loves authentic French flavors with a modern twist. The restaurant offers a wonderful variety of both savory and sweet crepes — from the classic ham and cheese to decadent Nutella and strawberry options, each one cooked to perfection with a delicate texture and rich taste. Their dessert selection is equally impressive, featuring pastries that look like works of art and taste even better.

One of the highlights is their croissant sandwiches, which are buttery, flaky, and filled with fresh ingredients that make every bite memorable. The coffee section is truly amazing — whether you’re in the mood for a creamy cappuccino, a bold espresso, or a smooth latte, every cup feels crafted with care and precision.

The ambiance captures the charm of a Parisian café right in the heart of Las Vegas, making it a great spot to unwind or people-watch. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive, which adds to the overall experience. Dominique Ansel Marché is more than just a restaurant — it’s a little taste of Paris that delights the senses and keeps you coming back for more.

Dominique Ansel Marché gets 4 stars from me. The coffee was pretty average and the desserts were okay, but nothing extraordinary considering the hype. What really stood out, though, was the great service — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the visit enjoyable overall.

Post concert treat. Still have great cronuts, DKA, and Kouign Amann.

Enjoying season desserts. The spice pumpkin pie is smooth and delicious. Liege waffle is perfect flavor- not so sweet.

Yes, a little bit expensive but ok to splurge once in a while.

We had the crepe and avacado toast and both were delicious! The avacado toast was amazing…..tasty and they used sliced avacado (I don’t like when it’s made with avacado spread). I would highly recommend for a quick breakfast!

I love this place a lot! They recently opened in Paris, I believe in November, as they were renovating it when I first saw it. I always go there for coffee and pastries, and I love the ambience too. Overall, it’s a 5-star experience the food is great, the ambience is great, and everything is just perfect!

Update

Dominique Ansel is inside Paris Las Vegas, and they have a wide variety of pastries, crepes and the best coffee and croissants. I just love the way they take care of their customers the food is always top-notch. Chef Mariel, who makes the crepes, took great care of me and the food here always tastes amazing, definitely 5/5. They also have another location in Caesars and I love both places. I’ve been there hundreds of times and they’ve never disappointed me!!
