At The Union, we believe that food has the power to bring people together. That’s why we’ve created a menu that unites flavors from all over the world, with dishes that are both familiar and exciting. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic burger, a wood-fired pizza, or a meticulously-crafted sushi roll, we’re sure you’ll find something to love. And because we believe in using the freshest ingredients, our menu changes seasonally to reflect what’s available from local farms and purveyors.

We had a lovely birthday dinner last night at The Union. Started with some amazing cocktails. I had the Lush Pear which was excellent. For an appetizer we had the calamari. They were crispy and fried just right. Then for the mains I had a perfectly cooked filet minion and we shared the duck fat potatoes. My mom had the bronzino which she loved. My husband had the duck tacos which he definitely enjoyed. For dessert we split the crème brûlée cheesecake which was an absolute winner. Combine this all with fantastic service we definitely will be coming back.

We used to come here years ago when it was The Carlton, so returning now as The Union was a great surprise. There were no reservations, so we sat at the bar and met Brianna, who made the entire experience.
She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with drink and food recommendations. My muddled Hendrick’s martini was excellent, and the sushi was top tier.
We’ll definitely be back for the vibe, the drinks, the food, and especially Brianna.

Exceptional and upscale dining experience. Every single item that I was fortunate enough to enjoy, was top quality. Our server Lisa, was attentive, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this establishment and will be visiting again in the very near future.

We dined at The Union on January 21 with friends, and the experience was shockingly bad from start to finish.
We ordered two Tito’s and tonics with a lime. When the drinks arrived, neither my wife nor our friend could taste any vodka at all. We politely mentioned this to the waiter, who looked at us with complete bewilderment — no apology, no explanation, no offer to remake the drinks.
We then asked to speak with a manager. Instead of help, we were met by an inexperienced hostess at the reception desk who said she didn’t know where the manager was. That alone says a lot.
Eventually, we were given two additional shots of vodka, bringing the cost to over $30 per drink — an outrageous price just to get a properly made cocktail.
Later in the meal, we ordered two refills of decaf coffee. I specifically asked the waiter if it was decaf and was told yes. That night, my wife and her friend were up for half the night, clearly affected by caffeine. Serving regular coffee when decaf is requested is not a small mistake — especially for older patrons.
Because the manager never came to our table, I left my cell phone number requesting a follow-up. No one ever called.
Poorly made drinks, incorrect service, lack of management presence, and zero follow-up. This restaurant clearly does not care about quality or customer experience. We will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others.

Had a wonderful brunch at The Union. Beautiful atmosphere with big windows facing the golf course, but I’m sure the decor is cozy and intimate at night. I had the French toast, which was very rich and generous in size. The Japanese bagel sushi appetizer was perfect for sharing and is big enough to be an entree. We were a party of 10 and everyone was happy with the food and the service. Can’t wait to go back for dinner.

Food was great & scenery was very nice overlooking the golf course. In addition the outside was very nice. The full bar is also very nice there. The seasoning on both the steaks were good but we both felt like it could have been a little better. Overall though good food definitely will be back. I’m interested in trying brunch.

Nice place with beautiful atmosphere and the menu has a lot of options for eating clean if you so desire. (oysters, tuna tar tar, branzino baked, etc etc) It also has other classic options as chicken parm and steaks. However, we have been there a couple of times with the entree being not the way it’s presented on the menu. the branzino baked in salt came out so super salty that it was barely eatible and they seemed to bring the manager to tell us that it wasn’t. then just this week we went there and ordered the grilled shrimp with whatever beans and vegtable but it was smothered in sauce and when i mentioned it and barely touched it, the waitor just ignored it and took plate to throw away and not offer a replacement. we ended up not saying much about it but for a nice restaurant that this is obviously trying to be, the service was not great.

Came here for an anniversary dinner and was pleasantly surprised! The place was fairly new when we visited, so we weren’t sure what would be good. The sashimi was actually really fresh and delicious! The calamari was fried and seasoned nicely. Not pictured below, but we also got the skirt steak and fries. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and fries delicious. Our favorite entree by far was the chicken parm with vodka pasta. The chicken was tender and the vodka sauce was amazing- definitely recommend getting it!

Meet client at The Union, located in Eisenhower Park. Upon entering the park, the holiday lights were spectacular! Upon entrance, a cheerful greeter told me the client was at the bar anticipating my arrival.
I conducted the meeting at the bar. The bartender, Odecious “Ody,” immediately greeted us and mixed two perfect Old Fashioneds.
The client and I enjoyed watching the sushi chef prepare our amazing order. It was the perfect atmosphere for a professionally casual meeting!
