I used the Chipotle app to find a buy 1 get 1 free deal so I indulged with a chicken pastor burrito and a steak bowl. The burrito was excellante and the bowl was muy bien! The staff was prompt and friendly and all ingredients looked fresh. Definitely one of the better burritos I’ve had in a long time! Muchas gracias Chipotle!

Went here earlier this week, won’t be going back ever. I went inside to go get my bowl and was greeted and thought that was nice. But when I went to go get my bowl, I asked for white rice and omg I have never seen such a small scoop of rice in my life…he squished it down with the spoon to make it seem like my bowl had rice throughout all the bottom bc that’s how little it looked when he did his scoop! I never ask for more rice but I was just shocked and muttered up the courage to ask for more. The scoop of meat was little too but I didn’t wanna argue with this new worker who took over once the rice and beans were done. The same thing happened with the sour cream where it was just a small dollop even tho I didn’t say light or anything because that’s usually what they give me when I ask for light. The employees also look as if they’re shooting you daggers throughout the whole process, besides the first guy who was chill when I asked for more rice, the other older ladies seemed so serious and I was so scared to ask them for more of anything. They were judgey and you can tell with their attitude and they way they look at you… They also moved you on too fast to the next thing that there was no time to ask for anything else. I understand if there was a long line behind me but it was EMPTY, there was no one behind me or in front of me. anyway I never leave reviews but this chipotle was so bad that it had to be known..small portions and mean employees. PLEASEEE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS, I see that my problem is the same throughout other people that have left reviews. This was the first time I’ve felt not wanted in a chipotle and the first time that I saw such small portions that a review needed to be made

Hard to believe that this location replaced a crowed location in Geneva and in the process became the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The problem with this place are the employees and management. NO ONE at this location takes cleanliness or hygiene seriously. Refried beans that are completely dry and stiff because “we can’t replace it until it’s ALL gone”. So, food that’s been sitting since they opened can’t be replaced until it’s already stiff and crusty…YUM. The shredded beef sitting in a bath of grease and oil. The steak was clearly undercooked. The sour cream spoon accidentally put into a salsa selection, but never cleaned. Worse yet is the prospect of actually eating there. Despite no crowd at 2:45 pm and most of the employees doing nothing but looking at their phones, ALL the tables were clearly filthy and NO ONE took it upon themselves to clean ANYTHING. If you’re reading the reviews for this place, you’ll notice that most are “1 star” and they go back to this locations opening in Batavia. That means that the management of this location knows full well they have personnel and quality issues but have STILL failed to address them. I wouldn’t eat at this location even if they gave me free burritos for life. The Taco Bell nearby offers a better customer experience and is far cleaner even if their food sucks. Take a hard pass on this location and eat elsewhere, you’ll be glad you did.

If you order double meat to-go they will not give you double meat but will still collect the $5.
I ordered a few items and the one with double meat had less than the ones with regular meat.
The management of this facility clearly attempts this as a system wide approach.
I would avoid this location and go to a family owned taco spot.

My spouse and I had multiple quality control issues including that the food was cold, much more gristle than I would have preferred for Carne Asada, and then there were hairs found in my burrito bowl and paper shreds found in my spouses salad.
I cannot recommend this location.

I have been to Chipotle at least 1,000 times in my life at many different locations. This location is the WORST one I have ever been to. Normally at any Chipotle if you ask for more cheese (or any ingredient) you will be accommodated. At this Chipotle you would think you are on a gag TV show with the little they give you and the argumentative nature of the employees. Ya know….makes sense (?) When you bring your family in for dinner after a long day and pay $50 for 5 meals, asking for more than a sprinkle of cheese on your meals evidently elicits an argument and laughter from the ladies behind the counter. To add…if you go in after 7PM they will not have chips. Evidently they have begun packing up for their departure from work. Overall, you get shortchanged, the workers are rude, and they may not have their menu in stock.

SUPER SLOW and unfriendly service. The employees made every effort to avoid eye contact. When we got a half scoop of meat and asked for a “little more”, she IMMEDIATELY tried to sell us to “double meat”. When we explained we just wanted a regular scoop she literally put ONE additional tiny piece of meat on. My last time coming to this location.

The portions keep getting smaller with less meat & mire rice when we oder Steak Bowls & the meat was 1/3 fat grissel. It would be nice to get more than a portion of a spoon of meat for the price they charge.

The guacamole was completely gray/brown and sour, and then the tomato salsa on our burrito and tacos were spoiled….. like the tomatoes had definitely gone bad and tasted disgusting. I would not recommend going here, currito down the road is a better option!

Despite the reviews, I ignored it, and went inside to give it a try. I was so tired from a long day at work!! And didn’t want to drive further. By far worse decision.
Went inside order the chicken burrito, the girl preparing was nice and was trying her best to do it right. But she barely add anything on the burrito NOT even a full spoon or chicken or beans or rice. Then she couldn’t fold the burrito. Ok the burrito looked so tiny. Again I was tired from work didn’t even want to argue. She calls her coworker to go check me out. ” he rolls his eyes and gave me an attitude while I was paying. Like seriously whatever. My GUT was telling me to leave it but I decided to still pay for it.
Went home took like 2 bites and just dump it in the trash can. NEVER EVER would I go back to this location. I rather take the long drive to get a decent burrito.
And everyone there looks miserable and annoyed like they need proper training and the right management. I rather have CANES… THANKS
