What a gem where you don’t expect it. Many Caribbean restaurants have an average level of food, mediocre service and rely on location. This is not The Ranch Escapade.
The Ranch Escapade provided us with exceptional food; great flavors and high quality. Service was top notch. The location and ambiance are fantastic. It is worth the 15 minute walk to the other side of the island.
Pre dinner cocktails were enjoyed on the beach side deck. Dinner in the dining room/bar was elegantly served and professionally plated and cooked to perfection.
We are looking forward to our next visit

Super and unexpected treat; ate our lovely meal of grilled fish and conch curry and then chatted with the chef….
Conch is specially prepared to provide a soft succulent taste which marries to the mild Caribbean curry excellently. Fish also grilled well. Accompanying local vegetables and rice freshly prepared made this the best restaurant we tried in our two weeks.

Wonderful place with an excellent location! We placed our lunch order, and were then guided to a gazebo over the water, where our drinks were brought to us like a high end resort. We enjoyed the swings and the amazing view of the nearby beach and Tobago Cays in the distance. We then moved inside for a very good lunch – I had the lobster sandwich and my husband had the fish and chips. I highly recommend you give them a try if you’re on Mayreau!

This is a really hidden treasure. If you come to the bay don’t miss out to visit the escape. You instantly feel the love which is invested here. The ambiente is superb and the view towards the Tobago Cays stunning. You have a nice breeze of the windward side of the island and you can relax everywhere.

We anchored in Saline Bay, took a boat taxi and were met ashore by the shuttle. Such an easy journey and food was delicious. The cocktails even better.

A fabulous scenic view of the water, many different sitting/dining areas. The lunch of a chicken sandwich, fries, and garden salad was really good. Also had a couple of beers!
