First off, I want to say that I’ve worked in fast food and I know how hard it can be, especially when you get a rush. If the issue would have been fixed, regardless of the wait time, I wouldn’t be here making a review. I’ve been to this store many times and have never had an issue but this time was different.

We waited in line forever, waited at the window forever, and then were pulled up and had to wait longer. In total, we waited 40-45 minutes on a chocolate peanut butter milkshake and a caramel moo latte. Most of that time was spent in the drive thru line. At the window, we had to reorder our drinks because they had deleted our original order. We were asked 3 different times what we had. Then we were asked if we had paid after we had paid. Then we were pulled up for the moo latte because the machine had to freeze. They could have told us that before we paid… but it was fine. When the CARAMEL moo latte was finally brought out, it had a bunch of chocolate at the bottom and brown specks floating throughout the rest of it. A caramel moo latte is supposed to have the slushy ice, coffee concentrate, caramel, and soft serve. I took the chocolate moo latte back in and was told the chocolate was the coco powder they put in it. After talking with the employee for a bit, he finally offered to remake it without the coco powder. It still wasn’t made right the second time. It is slushy ice, soft serve, and caramel. NO coffee. I just took it and left because this wasn’t going to be corrected and I was just going to get irritated and still not have a proper caramel moo latte.

Dairy Queen, you really need to train your staff on how to make a moo latte. The picture is the second moo latte, I didn’t get a picture of the first. It should be a caramel brown color but it is as white as the lettering on the cup because it’s only soft serve with a little bit of caramel. This is not what I ordered or paid for. I won’t be back until the staff has time to be trained properly.

I am not typically one to complain about the way I am served or how my food is given to me in a drive through. I ordered ice cream, fries and pretzel sticks. My ice cream was overflowing and soupy there was also a whole in the bottom of my cup that they had just covered up with a handful of napkins and given to me. My food bag had crumpled up napkins. I would have like for my napkins to be folded up maybe. It looked like a worker had grabbed them crumpled them/used them and tossed them in there. I am adding the picture of the cheese for the pretzel sticks I ordered because that is how the cheese was given to me and how I found it in the bag. It was dried up, there was hardly any inside the cup and the lid wasn’t on. The food was overall good besides for the fact I had no cheese to dip my pretzels in and my ice cream was soupy.
I think the workers were lazy and didn’t want to be there. Just by how they were acting as well as the way my order came out. No one should get crumpled up napkins that looked like they were used.

Don’t eat DQ as often anymore but I ate here twice in a few days and both time staff and service was great and the food as excellent.
2nd trip there was a lot of people (party like) but with outside seats enjoyed my evening meal. Was glad to see that people still gather at DQ (like my local one).
Many choices in area but my vote is here.

Spent $6 on a biscuit and gravy combo and only got a half order… I have been served burnt biscuits and old gravy here previously as well. They need to slow down and pay more attention to what they are doing and the food they are serving rather than trying to get people out of the drive thru. The manager on night shift is the worst about this. Every time I go through in the evening he is screaming at workers who are most likely high school students about the fact they didn’t have my order ready when I got to the window. I would rather wait a couple minutes and have correctly made fresh food. And treat your employees with respect… they last longer.

Tenders and fries I received were cold. Toast overly coated in butter it was soggy. Overall, food was nasty. Not worth paying money for.

Met with family here. My dad asked for a blizzard they no longer make. The manager still remembered how to make it though, and was kind enough to accommodate him. Great service, and a huge shout out to the manager!!!!

Very nice people. Food was good. Service was slow. They seem under staffed. Some of us ate inside, some outside as we had a dog. The sweet server brought out a pup-cup for her! The bathroom seemed reasonably clean. On vacation, stopping by on the road. Easy access. No shade trees.

Food is never ready and poorly served. Food was basically dumped into the bag. No straws, no napkins. manager seemed irritated to be working. Need to work on customer service and preparation skills.

Been here numerous times with rarely any issues. However, yesterday my wife and I ate there with our toddler son. Bill came out just shy of 37 bucks.

First: We order our food and sit down and my sons ice cream was the first thing they bring us. The 10 or so people who came in after us got their food before us. Groups of 4 to 6 people. After 20 or so minutes of waiting, I go to the counter and ask what’s going on with our order and the gentleman there doesn’t say anything but takes the ticket from us to check. I assume our order was lost.

Secondly: After taking our ticket to get our order restarted, they bring out completely wrong items. My wife ordered 6 strips with fries, gravy and cheese. They sent out 4 strips with fries and ice cold, rock hard cheese and no gravy. Fries were soggy and cold. She also had to go at the end to get her blizzard she got, which was also forgotten about.

My sons was ok. A bit cold but it was fine for him. However, his ice cream he got 30 minutes prior to his food was melted and gone.

I ordered a triple burger with only cheese and fries. They sent out two single burgers with mustard, ketchup and pickles. After I take it back up there and tell the sweet lady at the counter (hope she’s ok, the staff she had supporting her was terrible and she was visibly upset) she told them and they remade my food. However, when it got back to the table, it was indeed a triple burger but it was covered in ranch. I ended up throwing my food away and half my wife’s.

Waiting on a contact from the franchise owner to rectify the situation. Generally this place is wonderful and tasty. I don’t complain much unless it is well deserved, but will update after more information is obtained.
