We always love going to eat here! The manager, Carlos, clearly does a fantastic job making sure the place stays clean, provides friendly service, and ensures his staff does the same. It is rare to see someone care that much, and do such a good job! We will continue coming back.

Simply the best chicken experience I have ever had. There is chicken and then there is chicken eaten at this Golden Chick. Its as if the establishment has been touched by the hand of the divine. All other chicken experiences are lackluster after having been served by the pure perfection this Golden Chick provides. Just be warned if you eat here all other places that serve any kind of chicken will fall short and leave you reminiscing about the experience you had here. 5 stars isn’t a high enough score to give, 6 would be more appropriate as it sets the standard for all other places that have chicken as a culinary option.

Melissa and Deshawn done a great job I think it’s the recipe that the company has that makes that Roasted chicken nasty. although out with this satisfy, Melissa and Deshaun was very polite, and she offered to replace it with some chicken strips. And I left a very happy and satisfied.

No wait in the drive thru, easy to order, tap to pay worked, the food was served quickly and it was delicious. I got the 4 piece tender combo with fries, gravy, sweet tea and it came with a roll. The only oddity was no ice in my tea, haha, but it was still cool and refreshing.

The food must’ve been cooked for hours. The chicken was dry and looks like it lay underneath the light for hours and the okra was so hard. You couldn’t even chew it in the roll was dried out too. I will never go back

Ordered online. When I got to the drive thru window I was told I had to come inside to get the order. It was raining so that was very inconvenient. Every every single thing I ordered was horrible. Burnt jalapeño poppers, tiny shriveled chicken tenders. Barely a teaspoon of gravy with my mashed potatoes and over fried wings. I didn’t ask for spicy but they put some kind of spicy seasoning in them anyway. I almost feel like they’re purposely messing up orders because they don’t like getting business.
Edit: manger was apologetic and gave me a prompt refund so i added a star.
