JC founded Asian Burger LLC, he was born in the city of Xi’an in China, it is a city that carries many authentic cultures from the Tang Dynasty. The Asian Burger was one of the dishes that was invented in ancient times, now it has become one of the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in China. JC was inspired by traditional food from the Tang Dynasty, he chose to continue developing delicious Chinese traditional food. The traditional Asian Burger only had pork, and JC added more meat and veggie choices for everyone across the world to enjoy.

I love trying new places, and this was an absolute delight! The Xi’an Pork Burger has some garlic slices inside and the meat is marinated to perfection! I was surprised that the “bun” was a bit tough but it just adds something to the meal I didn’t know I would enjoy so much! The Chicken Bites smell AMAZING and lots of pepper, enjoyed this as well! The cucumber was a surprise and it was DELICIOUS! I’m not sure what sauce it’s marinated with but it’s so GOOD! The Plum juice has a LOT more sugar than I was anticipating but it was also really good! The THL was a great dessert, not super sweet and the wrapping is edible! Great job!!!!

Here from a wine napkins video! This is such a unique spot, Napa is lucky to have this special cuisine so accessible. Everything was really flavorful albeit a touch rich, but the flaky bun soaked all the juices really well.
I got the Xi’An Pork Burger, Asian Spice Chicken Burger, and KongFu Cucumber Salad to share. I would order those three again, it was a good experience to alternate bites between a more savory braised pork which was great with the raw garlic, to the more dry spiced cumin chicken, and the juicy crunchy cucumber. The prices are a little high but the quality is definitely there, so no regrets!
Side notes: I wish they also did strawberry tanghulu… hawthorn is very traditional though! It would be nice to see a dry fried tofu option for vegetarians.

Ordered the platter with the pork sandwich. Everything tasted great — pork was amazing and the cucumbers had a really nice kick.
If you’re in the Napa area, definitely make it a point to stop by! Highly recommend this food truck for anyone looking for fusion food to add to the wine country itinerary.

I went to Balley Keal winery this evening and decided to try the spicy chicken burger from Asian Burgers. When I opened the bag, I was disappointed that the meat was cut in pieces and when I took a bite, the meat didn’t taste like chicken, I thought they gave me the pork by mistake. Since we were sitting inside and there was a band playing, I didn’t take four back, The meat didn’t have much taste and the bun was quite greasy and when I finished eating, my fingers smelled very strong like oil and even after I washed my hands with soap I could still smell the oil.
