This place just opened up again and they still can’t do anything right. They didn’t give me two of the sides I ordered and only gave me a third of another side. I was literally the only one in line no cars in the parking lot. It’s unbelievable that these are the same people crying for higher pay when they can’t read a screen and literally put the fries in the bag. Don’t waste your time or money coming here.

Portions here are abysmal. The regular fries had 12 fries in the bag, and these tenders came from the saddest chickens on the range. I remember when the bag and boxes were filled to the brim. So sad. Popeye’s has fallen victim to shrinkflation, capital greed, and squeezing every penny out of the customer.

Went to this Popeyes for chicken on my birthday, November 11th. Arrived around 6:00 and they were closed. This is a Saturday. Numerous other cars were pulling in as well and shocked that this store was closed tighter than a jug! Not sure if this is a corporate store or a franchisee owned store but either way, management needs to get its act together before this store is shuttered permanently! I strongly recommend staying away from this Popeyes location.

My family stopped here on our way home from a trip. The store and bathrooms were very clean, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. We observed the manager stayed busy helping and training the employees plus doing inventory. The food was prepared fresh and everything came out as we ordered it. Happy we chose this location for lunch.

We sat waiting for an hour for take out (we ordered at the window) the gentleman who took our order was awesome‼️But they kept cooking 9 pieces instead of the 12 we ordered so they filled their orders first. When we brought our order home we didn’t get biscuits (2nd time in a row this happened last time didn’t get wings either). Shorted us on gravy , I mean seriously~ what’s going on there? Swannanoa Popeyes the chicken was good but so should the rest of the food~the whole order would be nice
