I am more than pleased with my experience at this jersey mikes tonight. I’ve had poor experiences elsewhere but this location was different. There were 2 girls working when I came in tonight and they were fantastic. They were so respectful and very kind. They had fantastic customer service and didn’t make me feel rushed. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you to those two ladies that were working!

The perfect food for a picnic. I always order to go. I recommend getting the oil/vinegar/sauce in the side when ordering pickup so your sammies don’t get mushy. Just remember to double check the bag before leaving. Nice kids.

Food is good. Workers, however, are very disrespectful and rude. I saw a group of kids order a few sides of pickles and one of the workers said no straight to their faces. She then said to the whole store “if your not going to buy anything to get out.” In all, food here is good, but service and workers here need to know how to treat young children and be respectful to everyone.

I understand mistakes happen, we’re human. This was just beyond gross. I bit into the sandwich and had a looooong strand of hair stuck between my teeth. I even pulled away from the sandwich and this hair just stayed intact the whole time. How did this get missed lol? I still can’t eat anything because the sensation of the hair skeeved me out so bad. A small hair is one thing but this? (See pic)

Jersey Mikes Subs is definitely a good place to eat. Are they the best subs in the world – probably not, but they are very good. I don’t think there is anything unique, except that they only do sandwiches and make good subs. Place is new and clean and friendly.

I just walked into this place their work station was trashed even used gloves on the floor disgusting, it’s 2 pm and waht the manager say is that they were on middle of lunch hour, seriously put the used gloves at least in the trash can, food all over the floor, looked super dirty

First time at this location. I walked in and wasn’t sure what I wanted so stepped back to look over menu. Meanwhile, a man & his daughter walked in to order sandwiches. I happen to look down at the station the meat cutter was so dirty! I believe the daughter whispered to her dad about it being dirty so the worker asked him if he wanted her to clean it! I ordered from the grill and only noticed AFTER he put meat in it, how dark it was and I could see all the dark bits so the grill was dirty too. The chicken steak came out so dark that it could pass for regular steak. So disappointed. It was not busy at all so they could have taken the time to clean it.

5 Star Establishment. The women that made my food were fast, efficient, clean and friendly. More franchises should take note of the type of hiring taking place at this location. Outstanding. Will happily return.
