They don’t care about customer needs and services. They have to serve what customer ordered but they don’t. They served allergic item which i don’t ordered, i ordered vegetarian and they served with meat.

So I ordered through the app I make sure that everything is how I want it. I’m ordering for me and a few other people get home. Have you being gone all day to a messed up order and not a little messed up I messed up. They could’ve actually killed me. OK call them. Let’s see if they make it right then just mess up mine they messed up somebody else’s call them. I explained to him what’s wrong. Explain to them why it needs to be fixed manager tells me sure the manager will says we will fix it. Come on in. I have my husband go back in grabs the order the remake they’re expecting him. He brings it home and they still got it wrong now I called them back. He says well he can come back and we will remake it again. Are you kidding me? I’m not only gave you the order number. Explained to you exactly what was wrong he even brought in the food that was wrong and you still proceed to make it wrong and you expect us to come back in at 1040 at night no no other thing oh well we can put in a book. Nothing else I said why did it get made wrong again oh well that person already went home. I’m not sure why that’s great if you’re training them, which is what he said why I got made wrong the first time then you would think you would watch them the second time for a remake he didn’t seem to care I can’t do avocado it’s on that list of allergies. It’s not rocket science I minus it off the stuff so it would not be touched yet. It was on both of them the original that they messed up which was that chicken bacon ranch cheesy Chalupas Street taco ones and whatever this remake burrito thing is which was nowhere near what I ordered. The unprofessionalism of this manager, the outright does not caring not trying to train his people right I have never had a problem with this establishment until tonight and I tell you what don’t go there don’t go there at night at least because certainly they are not gonna get it right they do not care who’s it for they do not care if they kill you at this point. I’ve never been so disappointed do better Taco Bell do better.

For 45$ for 3 peoples worth the food barely had any meat or beans in any of it. Seems to be this way everytime we get it from this store! LITERALLY NO MEAT! So irritating and frustrating . You can’t even do your job correctly then just quit so you can stop wasting peoples hard earned money!

The past 2 times we have gone, almost our entire order has been messed up. I feel as if paying extra for items would mean that we get it and not be discarded. Having an allergy shouldn’t mean we cant get what we pay for. When I try to call to see if it can be made right, the phone gets picked up and immediately hung up.

Me and my friends went to this Tacobell at 11:21PM on 10/31/2024. Heather P attended us. She was giving us a rude and very standoffish tone. And the food was just as visibly displeasing as her attitude. The crunchy taco supreme was visibly not full and was basically stuck onto the paper, meaning the moment you tried to lift the taco- it would tear and fall apart. The Doritos loco tacos had an egregious amount of sour cream and to make it worse, it was on top of the lettuce and cheese. At first glance, you’d think you were served a sour cream taco. The chicken chalupa supreme wasn’t even wrapped right, it basically fell onto my lap the moment i opened it. How they managed to wrap it that nonsensically, is beyond my comprehension. The Crunchwrap supreme was essentially flat, it looked as if it had been sat on. If it were at least decent to taste, it probably wouldn’t have been added to this complaint but unfortunately and apparently there is a low supply of almost every ingredient in this store specifically because the Crunchwrap was mostly just the tortilla and tostada. It was almost unbearable to swallow. Mind you, I have gone to this Tacobell before and they have always treated me with respect and great customer service but the crew on this date and time were beyond subpar. I used to work at Tacobell, and I understand that things can get busy but that never means to lower the quality of the product or the service. Especially when this Tacobell was about as busy as a graveyard. I hope that the manager does something about this because if I was a core, I would for a fact fail them. They need to retake their training certifications, time now.

Don’t go to this location if you actually want meat on your food. My husband and I ordered off the app twice and both times our food came with barely any meat on it or literally no meat at all. I’m talking we might as well of rolled up a tortilla and ate it plain. I ordered a supreme taco (which you pay extra for) and it wasn’t wrapped up in the bag, just thrown in there, so all of my toppings were in the bottom of the bag when I got home. And when I say all of my toppings I mean 4 pieces of lettuce and 3 tomato’s. Also just don’t even bother ordering from the app for convenience, bc you will get there 15 minutes later and still have to sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes for them to make your crap food.

Went and got food just now. I just want to say my order was made perfectly. The 7 layer burrito was amazing, they didn’t skimp out on stuff, I don’t usually leave a review but the quality of food made was great.

2 things one for the donation the lady on the register at the drive thru didn’t even ask and automatically put it on my receipt causing my account to go in the negatives second does the kitchen not care because my hard shell tacos were all broken and my burrito wasn’t rolled right. I will never go back to this location again.
