Absolutely abysmal service. We had previously given up on this location but it has been a couple years so I thought maybe it’s gotten better. Sad to say, it hasn’t! Young men at the counter were disinterested in assisting, and when pressed were rude and disinterested. 25 dollars for a couple of sandwiches is a steep price for this type of service. Won’t be returning Visit was on 1/12/25 at 215pm . PS. Opened my 1.75 condiment of guacamole and found the attached. Insult to injury

Honestly, I appreciate that when I call they can pull my info right up. They can look up my past orders too, in case I forgot what I ordered last time. They provide great customer service, and I love their food!!

When you order 15 minutes ahead and then pull up in to the drive through window….. you are told your order just came through…. That gets one star.

I would avoid this location. There were 2 cars ahead of us in the drive thru, and it took 20 minutes to make it through the drive thru to get our food. The workersleft the window unattended for 5 minutes as we sat and waited. Food tasted good but not worth the wait IMO.

We are traveling and stopped to grab a quick sandwich. I ordered the Hunter’s Club for my husband and I ordered a little John #2 without mayo. The guy put mayo on it and I asked him for no mayo so he scraped the inside of the bun out leaving it a shell. I asked him if he did that and he told me he started a new sandwich. That is absolutely not true! I watched what he did ♀️. The fresh bread is one of the best parts and I was looking for a smaller size, but for all the fluff nside to be scraped out and just have the crust is ridiculous! I totally understand why they have a low rating. Good thing we don’t live around here because we wouldn’t return.

Came in to try it and asked for a napkin they didn’t have any out so I waited and the guy comes back up set the case of them down and proceeded to make sandwiches I asked him for a napkin he told me when he was done. So I threw the sloppy smeared up sandwich in the trash and left. Very poor service! I will go to McDonald’s for something to eat.

My aunt and I saw the sign for the chicken place next to them so we had our mind set for this chicken. Chicken place is closed down permanently but we are not from this area and was heading up north to the UP so we stopped into Jimmy John’s. Service was good and the staff there was very nice. I had the beef and cheddar . I highly recommend that sandwich They recommended us to a place on the way back nearby if we’re still looking for that chicken fix VIP’s‼️

Went through the drive through on 7-2-2025, around 1pm. A few minutes after we got in line, the car ahead of us pulled away, apparently tired of waiting. We ordered and eventually got to the window. At the window we paid and then waited for almost twenty minutes before I knocked on the glass and asked for a refund so we could leave. The manager was rude. He didn’t apologize for the wait, had an annoyed tone when he asked me what I ordered, and then just silently handed me the refund receipt. Absolute waste of time.
