Only reason it’s 4 star is the prices are high. You can go to a nice sit down restaurant with “real” food instead of getting a sub. However the food is really good and the people making it were super fast and efficient as it was packed up on my arrival. Chicken Parmesan sub is where it’s at. Tables were all dirty again.

I went in one night before 7 and was rudely told they were closing in 2 minutes so they weren’t going to make me anything there was over 10 minutes and they could have said we can’t use the fryers we turned them off but we will make your subs.

Brought my daughter in to get subs, the 2 ladies working Audrey and not sure of the other one she had short hair and glasses, anyway we were the only 2 customers and were not greeted no hello, no smiles, More like it was a burden for us to even be there! Perhaps if you girls don’t like your job, find a new one, very bad customer service!!!

I am a Handicap gentleman and once a month I have my caregivers pick up Jreck subs. The bread was horrible. I spoke to the manager and since I threw rhem out , she could do nothing for. And she told me even if i.had rhem still, the bread was still terrible. I live on a budget so hurts me financially. Funny how a large coperation who admits there serving sub par products and cannot do anything for me. I will never spend my money at Jrecks again, it’s pretty obvious they do not care about there customers or surviving quality product. She basically called me back and offered no solution. Kind of an insult.

I visited the Lowville location of Jreck Subs on Friday August 2, 2024. When I was placing my order I noticed the lettuce was very rusty, I told the girls that I would prefer fresh lettuce, they told me they were working on it ,but that was all they had for my sub, so I told I didn’t want a sub and I left. They were both very non accommodating. I was there about 2:30 -3:00 on August 2, 2024.

The service was great from the one employee that was there. The food was good, and the sausages for my sub were cooked to order. The employee was sweet enough to let me know in advance that it was going to take some time.
Overall it was a great experience. I only felt bad for the single employee there with a line going to the door. Expect a possible wait, and be kind.
