Great pasta and great melts. I’ve been here twice and had the Jack’s Mac and Nashville hot honey melt the first time. The Mac was good but the melt was amazing. The put the hot honey on the side so the level of heat is up to you. The second time I just went straight for the melt.

We loved this place before it rebranded ! But unfortunately after rebrand we came and service was terrible. The girl genuinely didn’t look like she wanted to be there and her service reflected on that. I asked her to get it to go 3 times and she forgot, we asked her for no meunster cheese twice, and she again forgot. We also ordered a 6$ kids Mac and cheese and this is what we got ! It was barely enough to cover the bottom so my kids were still hungry after. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be back anytime soon I usually try not to complain because I know what it’s like to work in the service industry, but this was just not a good experience

The place was so nice! The area was clean and it felt and smelt amazing! The owner served me and a friend, and Cody was so sweet! He was hilarious and made our food with care, asking to make sure our meal was perfect. There was no wait and the food came fast and hot! The Mac and cheese kids meal is delicious. 1000% going again!

We tried Jack’s Mac tonight for dinner and it was amazing. We got melts and pasta bowls and both were flavorful and made to perfection. We spoke with the owner who took great care of us, making our order himself. We’ll definitely be going back again soon.

Jack’s Mac is a fun spot if you’re in the mood for comfort food with a twist. I’ve eaten here a couple of times, and the mac and cheese options are creative and filling. Portions are generous, and the food comes out hot and fresh. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, which makes it easy to enjoy a relaxed meal. DELICIOUS food! Loved the rib mac n cheese grilled cheese sandwich. Plus, the tomato soup that it comes with was so good, not just any regular soup. Affordable and good portion size.
There was only one person working there and you could tell they were new because they just read off the menu what they were supposed to put into each dish, but they all turned out great! Nothing special about the interior of the restaurant, but it felt clean. Will be back for the food!

This was th first time that we ordered here and the food was so so good! My husband had the chicken Cordon Chicken Cordon Bleu – Melt with Mac n’ cheese and it was so delicious. I had the Jack’s Short Rib – Pasta and it was also delicious. The pastas is cooked perfectly and the cheese sauce is creamy and good texture, and not gritty or separated like home cooked sauce can happen, and it was also well seasoned. The options are creative and yummy and it’s a great concept, and the staff are friendly and it’s clean. We will definitely go here again for sure .

I gave this place 3 stars because I went twice in one week and had drastically different experiences. My first time was a girls lunch and I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the owner, Cody. He was very friendly and informative and I told him I was excited to bring my family back to try it! The food was excellent, great selection and flavors. But when I DID bring my family back a few days later it was a night and day difference. The employees were kind enough but the level of service was still lower. And the quality of ingredients was very disappointing. Less flavor. Watered down sauce and soggy food. Our kids orders were made incorrectly so had to be redone. I want to emphasize that the employees really were trying their hardest, it just seems clear that they need to be trained more.

we got the jalapeno popper melt, buffalo chicken melt, and mac and cheese kids meal. the kids meal came with a drink which was nice. the buffalo chicken melt was good. the jalapeno popper melt was amazing!!!! and the tomato soups on the side of the melts were so good as well!

Good was SO GOOD. The staff was friendly. I feel like portion sizes were good for what it is. Very comparable to other places who serve pasta. I had the grilled cheese Mac and cheese. My friend had the regular Mac and cheese and the chicken cordon bleu pasta bowl and all food was SO good. Along with tomato soup for all of it! This was perfect for a stormy night. Honestly this was good wholesome food for any night. Will be bringing my family here to try this place!
