Whirlybird Coffee Co. was born out of a desire to be a place of rest and refreshment for our community. Our dream was to open a coffee shop, but our passion is serving people. Whirlybird is a great way to start the day. Their themed drinks are always a delight! It’s exciting to see a new selection of seasonal flavors appear on the menu.
And whether it’s breakfast or lunch, anything on their menu is a good choice. I always have a hard time choosing, simply because everything is terrific.
They also have some amazing pastries. I usually end up getting something that pairs well their coffee.

Such a cute, quaint, and definitely my go-to coffee joint! Their drinks are on the sweeter side which is what I prefer, but they are totally customizable to your liking. Their sausage, egg & cheese croissant is my all time favorite – nothing tops it. Staff are friendly, and truly have a passion for their job. I also love all their weekend pop-ups that they do!

I cant say enough good about Whirlybird. With a wide variety of drinks, including frequently changing season menus, and lots of caffeinated and non caffeinated options, there’s something for everyone. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, always willing to give recommendations. My only gripe is that its 180 miles away, and I can’t get my daily fix!

Whirlybird is amazing. I tried the situation and this Italian style sandwich is the business! Comes with chips, as pictured. Also tried the drip coffee and a seasonal drink. The atmosphere is nice with even a fireplace on site. The only problem is that they are nestled into the St Joes area, in one of the buildings. So unless it’s a destination you might not even know it’s there. Will be back, for more seasonal choices.

This coffee shop is awesome! So warm and inviting. Every staff member was welcoming and genuinely friendly. The coffee was good and the cobble salad was excellent. I will definitely be coming back. Also loved the Christian tunes playing in the background.

It was super busy when we stopped by, but it was because it was a “flight” day. The wait wasn’t too bad, and they actually were getting the coffee and food out very quickly. The Brekky Nachos were seriously AMAZING. Way more food than I could eat. Tried their Spring Time flight and all were delicious. Highly recommend. Staff was smiling and very nice.
