They charged me for an order that was never completed. I placed order and when I went to pick it up they said there was an event going on. The door was locked and someone said I’d recieve refund. 52 dollar order. Unacceptable…. Still waiting for refund it’s the 22nd. The order was on the 8th. Unprofessional, if you’re not accepting orders, once you recieve the order online you should immediately call the customer and explain that the order can’t be completed. Yet it said completed on the app… I’d love to see the video footage of me coming inside to get this order that was completed… When I recieve my refund I’ll update this post.

To be honest, the food here is very good, but the seasoning has changed a lot; it doesn’t feel special anymore. I suppose they changed the chef. Secondly, the service is very poor. The managers are not at all professional with the staff, in my opinion, and the service when you call is also very poor. This place really needs real managers, not last-minute replacements. And lastly, thank you to all the employees here; they give their best, but the managers leave much to be desired. They really need a complete change of management to truly professional people.

The employees make this Charley’s a great stop for lunch. The food quality is great, fast, albeit unhealthy (you know what you’re getting from a cheesesteak restaurant), and the general atmosphere is like being in a familiar neighborhood.
Shout out the kitchen staff and front staff, they’re always greeting each customer and going the extra mile to bring the food to the correct person.

I had the best experience at this place, Alicia attended my husband, his autistic brother and I so well. She was so kind and patient, she took the time and effort to make sure that we had a great experience. Also, the food was amazing!

Honestly! Probably one of the best food experiences I’ve had at a a Charley’s in YEARS! Not only was the food hot, fresh and tasty but they didn’t skip on portions and the presentation made you want to order more. My fries were hot and fresh as well! Even my strawberry lemonade tasted better from here! I don’t mind riding over for this!!!
Update: going from 5 to 3 stars as I visited again a few days later and I assume because it was later in the evening nothing was as good as the first time. My order was wrong but I didn’t check until after I was almost 25 minutes away.

That’s for a second time i encounter akansha. Hopefully thats really her name. I’ll tell you what, She needs proper training on how to respectfully take an order and add it in system without rushing a customer as though am slow, or dont know what i want. Very rude both time. The Store was Almost close no one behind me but rushing to get me out there. Asked for meat well done, she didnt add it in menu.

This restaurant is wonderful. I accidentally got onions and green peppers on my Sandwich food allergy. I went back and Mr Ali made me a New Sandwich and gave me a drink and waiting. Love this place
