While working in the area for a few months, I came for lunch almost every day. You absolutely have to do an online order unless you’re going to be waiting 25-30 minutes for your food. They’re gonna mess your order up, guarantee it. And if you’re doing pickup, they like to bag it, stand there while they finish bagging 5 other orders, all while intentionally not looking back (you can tell) as they talk about stuff they seen online. And God forbid you interrupt their story and tell them that your order is right in front of them, and has been for the last 4 minuets because 1. They’re gonna have an attitude and 2. They’re gonna give you half the size of a half sandwich the next day. Remember when I mentioned it takes 25-30 minuets per order? Can’t hold anyone accountable because you’re definitely gonna be late from coming back from lunch. Honestly, if you’re on lunch break, STAY AWAY.

I’ve ordered here 3 times I believe and 2/3 times have been completely wrong. I order the same sandwich with double chicken ( which is an 4$ up charge ) with carmelized onion and both times getting this 15$ sandwhich is has been wrong or left out the double chicken. to pay 4$ extra and to not revive the double meat both times is infuriating. I will say 1/2 times I called the store to let them know of this happening once and she thankfully gave me a refund for the sandwhich. I did not call the 2 time because I will no longer be returning and I hope this leaves help for the next customer who might need to double check their take out order before leaving.

A very nice spacious dining space and the outdoor seating is pretty neat too! The service was accommodating and they were kind to exchange one of our meals for free as it was different from what we ordered. I love the tomato soup and Panera and this outlet did it just right too!

I became a beverage club member a month ago and have fully enjoyed it and more than got my moneys worth. Today was the first time I ordered food. It was delicious, filling and hot. I love all the bread options. I didn’t know they did so many different options. Clean environment. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very disappointed visit and tried reaching out over the app and it was a very long process. Food had no flavor except for all of the pepper that was doused on the egg. I don’t even think i got one full piece of bacon on the sandwich. The size of the breakfast sandwich and price was $6.39 for that. Size was extremely small and overpriced for that. Bread also was not fresh at all and hard.

Legend has it I’m still waiting for my food. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced! Come here if you have 4 hours to spare.

Lot of reviews saying that service is slow. I went at 11 (not the busiest time of the day) and got my food fairly quickly. That being said, the employees looked somewhat lost at times when it got a bit busier, and I could see there being a problem when the lunch rush comes in. The food tasted like it looked and seemed pretty fresh as far as I could tell. I can’t see this being a super fun place to hang out, however. Tables were somewhat dirty, and dishes were stacked up by the trash. I would probably go back for the yum yums.

Don’t go here…
They used to have some of the best baked goods, but in a recent business decision they have switched to frozen “baked” goods. The bread is tough, dense, and lacking in flavor. You might as well go to Walmart, because it tastes about the same now. Honestly, their bagels may even be worse now.
I will never buy another thing at panera… these new frozen bread products are gross.

This is the WORST Panera I have ever visited. First of all, we (my mom and I) walked in and were “greeted” by kiosks, not people. We went ahead and ordered our bagels, and the computer told us it would text us when our order would be ready. We sat and waited in the freezer-like environment talking about how we preferred the other Panera in Wabash Valley, where we would actually TALK to people. Then, I finally went up to the front desk to ask one of the servers if our order was ready. There was a brief scuffle of someone saying, “No, I can’t help him, I’m busy!” (They said this as they were looking me in the face) And then a response of, “*sigh* I’ll do it.” After talking with the gentleman, I learned that our order hadn’t even been started yet! I relayed this info to my mom and she began telling me why is better to go tried and true and talk to people rather than use the kiosk. I initially wanted to go to this Panera because it looked fancy and new but as I soon learned, external beauty doesn’t mean it’ll look good on the inside.

Been here four times for lunch to go. Consistently order the chicken avocado melt with no “zesty sweet peppers.” Three times in a row my sandwich has been clobbered with “zesty sweet peppers.” Pretty straightforward, so you either have a standards/culture issue, and/or a training issue, and/or a quality assurance issue, and/or a leadership/supervision issue. Doesn’t help that our sandwiches were ready 25 minutes late and that you had more people standing around waiting than eating. Recommend you review your entire operation.
