I tried leaving feedback through Subway, however look luck finding it. Not as easy as you think and with no survey on the receipt its become obvious that this company doesn’t care what it’s patrons think or how they feel about their experience. So now I’m going this route to leave honest feedback about my last 2 experiences here at this location. For whatever reason this locations staff haven’t been trained on the fresh and fit menu that is advertised through the app, as they with have no idea what you are talking about. A few days ago placed my order through the app for the fresh and fit steak and avocado sandwich with 35G of protein. What I received was a normal steak n cheese, highly disappointed that I paid more for a sandwich with less protein on it, plus was missing a few toppings, that I had added, and was also clearly listed on the receipt. Now today, after having a bad experience with the app, thought I just needed to go in and watch to make sure it was made right. The lady behind the counter had not idea about this sandwich and when I pulled up the app to show her, she started giving me attitude, like it’s my fault she doesn’t understand English or how to make the sandwiches that Corp Subway has been advertising….the job isn’t hard, there are cards with how to make each sandwich. She didn’t give me the correct amount of steak on the sub, and then more then likely out of spite, put on way too much salt and pepper, making the already dry sandwich unedible. The best part and it really cracks me up is that when you go to pay, it prompts you for a tip….are you joking why would anyone tip, when they are doing exactly what their job is….making sandwiches….tipping is for going above and beyond in any business, and not tipping for doing your job. I will not be back to this establishment unless management takes this seriously and retrains it’s staff. Good thing there are several other locations nearby. Reading others reviews looks like there is an apparent trend going on at this location, and if this franchisee expects to stay in business much longer they need to step back, and make some much needed changes.

Diego! I was staying at the Holiday Inn across the street. I just needed a quick bite for dinner. I wasn’t looking for or expecting an experience. I walked in the door and I was greeted with a cheerful voice. It didn’t seem canned or practiced. He asked how my night was going. He followed up with conversation. Diego was cheerful and sincere through the entire process of making and charging me for my supper. As he wished me good night, I had intended to take it to go, but decided to sit down and eat. While I was there, I listened to Diego, he engaged with everyone who came through the door. He treated them all equally as good as he did me. It felt like everybody who entered was his favorite regular customer. I don’t know how long Diego has been at Subway or what his future is there. I hope he is recognized for his great service. I know tonight he made the world a little better place, and I told him so as I was leaving. Thank you, Diego!

We’ve been regulars at this Subway for a long time and never had a single issue. There’s usually the same guy working and he’s always super nice and professional. Today? A completely different experience.
We walk in at 3:05pm on a Friday when this location normally closes at 10pm and there are two employees we’ve never seen before. Halfway through making our sandwiches they casually inform us that we have to get them to go because they’re closing in 5 minutes. Closing at 3:10pm on a Friday? That’s bizarre if you ask me. The whole thing already felt completely made up. Naturally we ask why, since… you know… they’re usually open 7 more hours. They just stare at us. No explanation. No words. Just ️ ️
Then we go to pay and suddenly it’s “cash only.” Since when?? And maybe lead with that info before making the sandwiches? We told them all we had was a card and they got extremely rude about it until my boyfriend finally said to just throw the sandwiches away.
Needless to say we left along with the other two people in line behind us. We went to a different subway 5 minutes away which will now be our new subway.

Not going in again. They prepared my veggie sandwich without changing the gloves after using that to service a previous customer order that has meat. The preparer had not changed the gloves after touching the dough, oven and other surfaces. The gloves he wore were pretty much meaningless.

I placed an online order. Me and my lady went to pick it up. Get home they put tomatoes instead of pickles on my sandwich I went to call the store for the 2nd time with the telephone still being disconnected cause this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this place messing up orders and having horrible attitudes. I had to drive all the way back which I really don’t have time for with 3 kids one of them being 5 months old when I got back inside asked for a refund the cashier behind the counter said no how about I remake your sandwich and I said no how about you just give me my money back since I had to drive all the way back down here wasting 45 minutes of my life that should have been an easy 15 minutes I want my money back and if you wanna remake my sandwich to make it right thats your choice she said thats not how it works makes a scoffing noise and then makes the remark of I just work here what a horrible attitude idk who’s managing this location but I would definelty take a look at how you lead your store from not having a reliable way for your customers to contact you, couldn’t care less attitudes of your employees and general disrespect for quality of life for customers. she did remake the sandwiches but when I asked about a manager I just got the same response of I just work here

Came an hour before close on 09/01 employee waa friendly, and nice. However; the sandwich which I got To go I was overcharged I noticed on the receipt compared to menu and the quality of food was poor. I haven’t had Subway for a longtime and I got sick off of it too. I tried calling many times to speak to manager and no one picked up
$18 for a Subway meal is robbery when the quality was that bad.

I love Subway and this one did not disappoint. The two employees there at the time, sorry I can’t remember their names, were so friendly and helpful. They made a great sandwich for me. It was a new sandwich to me, a pepperoni sandwich with hot honey. As usual, I had it loaded with lots of fresh crisp of veggies. It was the Thursday special and the price was right. I’m glad that Subway now has a specially priced sandwich each day of the week. This restaurant in Eagan is a neat and clean, also attractive restaurant. It’s a nice place to dine in, also convenient for takeout.

I ended up leaving without a sandwich!!
I went into this Subway for the first time as I moved. The lady working there didn’t greet me and was rude to the customers before me. While adding my condiments to the sandwich, she rolled her eyes and started an attitude with me. Every sentence beforehand, I said please and thank you. Once she started going off, I told her that I wouldn’t allow this disrespect from her and she had no right to talk to me like this. Then I left. Mind you, all I ordered was a spicy Italian sandwich with lettuce, cucumber, banana peppers and pickles. Nothing complicated or huge order.
I’ve never had an issue with a worker before, I am a food service employee elsewhere. I would never talk to anyone this way, especially a paying customer. The business I went to after had excellent service and I got greeted by five different workers!

I went back to this subway for convenience. Came across another rude employee. I used my manners and was polite. However Subway employees don’t know how to communicate appropriately, especially on the job. From hearing others feeling the same way from all Subways, how are they still running? I like Subway food over Jimmy John’s but I’ll be going there from now. The rudeness needs to be managed.

It was news to me that if you don’t want your sub (chicken teriyaki) toasted, it comes cold. In years past, that still meant it was a hot sub. I don’t always want something toasted. The app/website should do a better job indicating this will then be a cold sub. It was gross to me cold. I thought they got something wrong because the tracker told me they started making this (and an actual cold sub) about 10 minutes before it was ready. I picked it up right when the tracker said it was ready. Got it home and it was cold. I reached out for feedback to subway and got sort of a dismissive and gaslighting response from the area manager: ”If you elected to not toast it, it would be cold fully cooked chicken.“
And then a generic “ We look forward to seeing you soon!” LOL yeah I’ll get right on that.
