Horrible experience! 6 workers and each less competent then the next. Cashier looks in a daze and moving just as slow as the manager and kitchen staff. No one communicates or even cares to make a complete order before starting another. They were all 6 at one point staring at the order screen not moving or talking! Waited 30 minutes for my order. Cheese steak came out last after onion rings,chicken sandwich and fish were done and sitting out the entire time. Nothing was served hot. Then they forgot another chicken sandwich. I would never recommend anyone stop for food here EVER! Other people were waitin 10+ min for 1 hot dog! Unbelievable, unprofessional and extremely agitated!

Shorter review because I’m in a hurry this time, Fry’s are a little bit soggy the chicken is fine, but definitely took more time than it should have and the worker forgot to put ranch for my chicken, overall not the best experience, definitely nowhere near the standards that I got from my experience at the Express at Petro raphine Virginia.

This doesn’t deserved even 1 Star.
I bought two hot dogs for $12, and to begin with, they were extremely small. Then I noticed that one of the hot dogs had a hair on it — either a man’s beard hair or what looked like a pubic hair.
This was one of the most disgusting and unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. I had no choice but to throw it straight in the trash. What a waste of money, and what kind of hygiene do the employees have when preparing food?

Horrible. I ordered chicken – bc i was the only person there and waited 17 minutes….. 2 young staff, laughing, whistling, singing and taking their sweet time. Beyond unprofessional- I was hungry but almost left without the damn chicken – Awful service.

It’s a shame you spend almost $10 for a chicken sandwich and you have to open up the bun to even realize that there’s any chicken patty there. What a joke this is what we spent our hard money on.
