THEY ALL NEED A RAISE! Our car got stuck because we aren’t from the area and we didn’t have the correct tires, as we don’t get snow down in Georgia. That being said when the employees noticed we were struggling to get our car out of the parking spot right in front of the store the employees immediately came to help us with snow and shovels. Thank you so much to all of these employees we can never thank you enough!

If you get takeout, you have to fill your own drinks – but that makes sense since you don’t want all the ice to melt. On the plus side, they only take like 5-10 minutes TOPS to make a pickup order for 4-5 people. And for in town delivery, it only takes 20-30 minutes during lunch/dinner time…..but only 15-20 minutes if you order during off hours.

Welcome to Cadillac Jimmy John’s! I’ve now stopped there for lunch 3 times in 2 weeks, for a place just opening, the staff if friendly, sharp, and freaky fast! They are at the south end of town, right on Mitchell street, with easy on and out with a spacious parking lot. For sure a 5-star JJ location!

I love the food and the fact that it can be toasted now but when I order yesterday I did not get 2 of the right subs and this no expansion only 1 of the 3 subs I order was right and the other 3 were wrong ( 2 giants and 1 half thats what I mean 3 of what I got) this is out of cadillac

The staff is great and helpful. Quality is spot on whenever I go. I prefer them to anyone else for a great sub, especially if you need it quick. Sure you pay a buck or two more than the competition… Worth it. Major improvement from a year ago, BRAVO!

Delicious subs I like the jimmy Cubano and Italian night club and the spicy Italian the giant size is a good value I think classic to go restaurant atmosphere delicious smells and aromas when you enter and good food and service no complaints I’ll be back

My favorite sandwich place in town 🙂 The delivery only takes 15 minutes although I do live quite close. They are always friendly and fast with pickup orders. The store is clean and well air conditioned! The delivery drivers are so sweet for the short interactions I experience and I don’t quite understand why so many people complain about the prices.. you’d pay a similar price for a sandwich combo at Subway or GnD.. Personally the price is perfect for me!

First, they were rude when we called to let them know they made my sub wrong. And second, they refused to take any accountability for making my sub wrong because I refused to drive back to Cadillac, an extra 35 miles, to return back to their store for them to make my sub correctly and throw the old one out. I tried to take off the extra toppings and eat it, but it was just gross and soggy, and I had to throw it away. I will not go there again. Spend your money elsewhere, people. Go somewhere that has better customer service.
