I just recently started to come here for food and I eat here just about everyday! Zaxbys has great food, lots of different sauces to try and even Zalads which can also be tossed in ur favorite sauce. I really like the fries here. They are crinkle cut and seasoned, my favorite! I enjoy the company of the staff, great people and all friendly. Come on down the foods great!!

We went here tonight, we haven’t tried this location since they opened. We got 2 Big Zax Snacks, food was hot but toast tasted stale-like it had been sitting out too long. Chicken was ok, wasn’t as crispy as I would have liked or thought it would be. Fries were also a little more limpy than I would have liked. We ordered a tea and a coke, they gave us two teas-it happens. We told them and got the coke but one young lady was rude and talking smack when they closed the drive thru window and just slammed the coke down on the counter before another young lady handed it to my wife with coke all over the cup. Needless to say, we won’t come back to this location. Boiling Springs one is better. Just my opinion.

Quality has gone down alot, service left alot to be desired. Hard to find a clean table in the dining area. Food isnt made like before the quality and even quantity went down. Hopefully at some point it raises its standards again. Did not feel welcome at all, even the manager was aggressive.
