Drove by and it sounded good and I was not disappointed. I ordered the street tacos and they smelled good but tasted even better. Good flavors on the meat and topped nicely, the lime and sauce was a great addition. Great stop.

Sabor 503 is hands-down one of the best food trucks around! Owner Marleni Ochoa serves up simple, fresh, and unbelievably flavorful Salvadoran food that hits the spot every time. The menu is wide enough to please any crowd, and everything is made hot and fast. I especially loved the pupusas—perfectly cooked with that comforting, traditional taste—and the steak tacos were packed with flavor and cooked just right. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and it’s no wonder the locals know this is the place for the best food. A true hidden gem with heart and soul in every bite!
Sabor 503 es una joya salvadoreña sobre ruedas. La comida de Marleni Ochoa es auténtica, sencilla, fresca y llena de sabor tradicional—como hecha en casa. El menú es amplio y a todos les encanta, siempre sirven la comida caliente y rápido. Las pupusas son una delicia, bien hechas y con ese sabor casero que solo una salvadoreña sabe dar. Los tacos de carne estuvieron riquísimos y las porciones son bien generosas. No me sorprende que los locales digan que aquí se come mejor que en cualquier otro lado. ¡Gracias Marleni por mantener viva la sazón salvadoreña!
