Terrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the start. What really stood out (in the worst way) was how they openly bad-mouthed other customers right in front of guests, loudly and without shame. On top of that, they refused to split the check for our group of six, even though we asked politely and it’s a basic courtesy at most places. The whole vibe was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their time or money here. If I could give zero stars, I would. Lazy employees. You could tell no one there was interested in working.

So for a resort that is practicing all CDC guidelines, and accommodations first place I’ve ever been too that is NOT doing to go plates. Normally I don’t post reviews but this really irked me as I’ve eaten at this establishment before and guess what it was TO GO. They told me I was more than welcome to go sit at the bar I told them I didn’t want to be around people. STATS you have to do better for those with underlying health conditions so you get this 1 star rating and I NEVER leave reviews and then on top of that the waiter was absolutely rude about it.

Surprisingly this is a very good place to eat! I say surprisingly because you just wouldn’t think it would be this good!! The food and service is absolutely superb as well as the price / quality of food that you receive. The only downside is that the bar is rather small and the cost of drinks is rather expensive. $5 to $6 for a long neck bottle I’d beer is to expensive for most.

Ordered chicken and waffles. The waffles were burnt. The replacement was just as bad. Management charged me for chicken tenders instead but didnt give me the full order. Would not adjust bill. Was more interested in standing around watching football then helping customers.

There was a line of abt 20 ppl waiting to be seated while there was 4-5 waitresses standing around not bussing tables. I asked for the Mgr who advised if they cleaned the tables, they would just get backed up in the kitchen and we would still have to wait. They should hire more help part time. The Mgr could have been more polite abt the situation.
