If you’re wondering why I suddenly walked out, its because…
1. You sat the 3 sandwiches I ordered to the side in the middle of making them so you could take the next customer’s order and start their sandwiches. Meanwhile, the sandwiches I ordered sat on the open counter while the next customer ordered 3 sandwiches and you proceeded to make them.
2. Your co-worker clearly asked if you needed help, and you told her ‘No’.
3. Once you got the other customer’s sandwiches started, you then let her sandwiches sit on the open counter and you resumed taking my order. You didn’t notice, but a fly landed on the mini sandwich I was ordering for my daughter.
4. You proceeded to put the requested vegetables on the sandwich that I’d ordered for my wife and within seconds a fly landed on that sandwich, and you shewed it with your hand.

That’s about the time I said, ‘I’m just going to leave.’

If you’d finished my order prior to helping the next customer, neither of my sandwiches would have sat in the open long enough for flies to gather, and the next customer’s sandwiches wouldn’t have faced the same risk.

If you’d accepted your co-worker’s offer for help, none of it would have happened like it did either.

Common sense, common courtesy, and respect all seem to be lacking.

Time-wise, If you’d finished my 3 sandwiches prior to taking the next customer’s order and starting their 3 sandwiches, I would have had my sandwiches made and paid for, and I would have been gone 7 to 8 minutes faster, and the next customer would still have been able to pay for their 3 sandwiches and leave at the same time as if youd proceeded like you did. By doing it like you did, you disrespected me, wasted my time, and exposed the 3 sandwiches I ordered and the next customer’s 3 sandwiches to flies and unnecessary time on the open counter.

The manager here is terrible. Reprimanding employees in front of everyone with a full store of customers. I understand they may not have been moving as quickly as you want them to, but jump in and help out instead of standing behind them and yelling at them. Both of them seem to be new. Tish, the manager is the issue. As said before, they may have been a little slow-but you could also tell that they were overwhelmed and needed some help.

I don’t normally eat at Subway. Not a fan of the meats sitting out in the front case. Saw that they had a meat slicer and were now slicing fresh so I wanted to give it another try. Don’t know where it is hiding but my sandwich meats were not sliced fresh. Again it was taken from the front case. There was nothing that would bring me back again. Couldn’t finish 1/4 of the sandwich.

Upon entering the store, two reps were working behind the counter. Noah, the manager, was on his laptop. Doordash arrived for an order at the counter which Noah dismissed with, “It’s only Doordash.” when one of his employee’s asked if he could help with the person at the counter. As I was ordering my meat, the employee asked Noah if any Roast Beef was prepared for use. He one word answered her, “no.” while continuing on his laptop with whatever he was doing. This is the second time that I’ve experience a lack of meat available due to the new freshly sliced meat options. I ordered chicken bacon reluctantly. As soon as my sub gets in the toaster, Noah got up from the laptop then began to slice roast beef. While getting ready to pay, I asked the employee if Noah was a store manager or general manager. She stated store but that she thought contact info for general manager may be on the receipt. Noah turns around and asked what the problem was. I let him know that I felt he wasn’t effectively communicating with his employees as it would have took two seconds to let them know he would prepare it soon. I could have let someone go in front of me. He says, “well the general manager will tell you the same thing that I will.” I told him, “I’m not trying to communicate with you about it when my grievance is towards how you interact with your staff.” He says, “well your sub is paid.” I told him I would like to pay for my own sub. He refused to allow payment so I left the sub on the counter. I asked if there was any way to contact a higher up for complaint whether it is email or some other method. He said, “She won’t let me give out her contact info but we are privately owned so there is no one else to complain to but me.” I don’t think it’s right that there is no one to complain to if there is a problem with store management as it takes away accountability for management. Noah was on the phone, I presume discussing our interaction with his higher up, before I had left the parking lot. I wish he would have had the same energy in resolving this. He could have easily said, “I was on the laptop and didn’t realize she needed the meats. Sorry about that.” or anything of the nature to deescalate the situation. I also feel that he probably felt by refusing to allow me to pay that it fixed the issue vs. evaluating that he could have actually handled the situation differently. It’s the lack of empathy, apology or recognizing the customer concern that I have issue with. I didn’t want a free sub.

Love the food but the worker Tish. Walked in to order and she was completely rude, walked in happy and walked out in a terrible mood. Doesn’t seem to care about customers or their service.

They gave me the wrong sandwich lol

It wasn’t bad but not great. The service was fast and the employees were super kind! One of them complimented me too, which was very nice. However, it was a bit chaotic during lunch time and when I got home, I had someone else’s sandwich! I ordered a BMT and watched them make it but someone else went before me due to my order taking a while. No problem at all but there was a mix up at the register. I live in the next town over and couldn’t go back for them to fix it. Luckily for me, I actually liked the sandwich I was given (It was pretty good! The person has good taste!) and wasn’t allergic to anything on it. I’m not sure what the person who got my original sandwich would think though. If you go here, they’re nice and it’s cool! Just watch closely during busy/rush hours. I’ll go back again but I’ll just make sure to watch closely

The older lady was rude, my order wasn’t made correctly and even tho I had put my order in 30 minutes before hand I still had to wait on it being made when I got there. They barely put meat on my sandwich and used the wrong bread.
