Perfect little Queen Creek quirk kind of place. Local, and full of heart.

The food was very good, and honestly I love supporting anything local, especially when you can feel the pride behind it.

Everything tasted fresh, moist, and flavorful. You can tell they care about what they’re putting out.

My one wish: they really need a meat combo plate so you can sample several of their meats in one visit. That would be a game-changer.

I’m rooting for these guys and secretly hoping Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives rolls through someday to give them some love.

If you’re in Queen Creek and craving BBQ, this is absolutely worth a stop. Supporting local always tastes better. ❤️‍

This was only our second time dining at QC BBQ and it was another great experience with the dishes and service! I ordered the pork butt nacho fries and they were the best I’ve ever had (across multiple states)! The pork was juicy and flavorful, the fries earned the title of “loaded” and I left very satisfied and with leftovers. My husband devoured the sliced brisket sandwich and I really enjoyed the bite he shared.
As a macaroni and cheese connoisseur, I very much liked it and how it complimented the BBQ meats when rated together (like the delicious brisket Mac bowl I ordered last visit.
They have a nice selection of draft beers, fun decor, and it’s a great spot to stop if you’re biking around downtown. Don’t miss this BBQ!

I love me some smoked meats! I have had BBQ all over the country and compare all to the best I’ve had. Service was very friendly and personable. The ribs were delicious, tender and moist. Firm enough to not fall off the bone and the rub tasted good. The pulled pork was good, but needed the sauce. Great with the mustard sauce. My only disappointment was the brisket. They tasted over smoked and the creosote flavor gave it that bitter taste. Unfortunate. Other than that, the texture and was good and they were moist. Bad day I guess? All of the sides were good, especially the beans.
I will have to come back and try the brisket again, because based on everything else, I would have expected it to taste better. The atmosphere was nice, booths, tables, and a bar.

This new restaurant opened early 2025 and is amazing!

The waitress was unbelievably friendly. The food was perfect in every way. Got the mac & cheese bowl with brisket and the burrito with pulled pork. The portions were quite big and we only ate half of our meals each. There was no line and the food was made super fast.

Both needed a little more barbecue, and the ice cream cobbler was amazing. After tip just over $60.

Amazing service and atmosphere! The staff is so friendly and welcoming it feels like a good ole fashion local spot. The food was delicious and lots of beer on tap. I can’t wait to come back and try the cocktails!!

I’ve been wanting to get out to try the food and it didn’t disappoint. Both brisket, service and atmosphere was on point. The peach cobbler was homade and is a must have. I will make it a point to stop by Queen Creek BBQ Co. when I’m down that way.

My husband and I checked this place out for the first time tonight. It’s very clean and has an laid-back atmosphere. Our server was friendly and the food came out quick. The pulled pork was delicious, juicy and not too salty. The corn bites were worth a try. They had a little sweetness from the corn and had some kind of seasoning with jalapeño. The combination of the sweet and spice paired well. My husband said the brisket sandwich was also tasty. We plan on coming back again in the future.

The bbq was fantastic! I would give 5 stars, but the value of the price to portion size is way off. The Gouda cheese appetizer was absolutely scrumptious. It was a surprise to but into a mac and cheese bite. Ridiculously small portion for the price, but the taste was top notch. The pulled pork was delicious, the Mac and cheese was perfectly seasoned, but the noodles were slightly overcooked (this won’t stop me from ordering again, could’ve just been the batch I received). The coleslaw was just ok. The TX toast had a wonderful garlic flavor and was light and fluffy on the inside with a perfect toasting on the outside. The sampler plate had a nice variety, but certainly not worth $28. Overall, it’s a quality place to eat as long as you don’t worry about getting a good value and just enjoy the delicious flavors.

I really wanted to give this more stars, but there are some things they do need to address and improve. The young staff requires more training on providing customer service, not just being nice. The meat, sauce, and mac-n-cheese were all fantastic! The coleslaw was ok, just a bit bland. The TX toast was dry & flavorless. I don’t know what they use for fries, but they didn’t taste right. The young server couldn’t give us a good answer except to say that they were “seasoned,” which they were not. We did have to get up to ask for suppiles (napkins, ketchup, utensils, etc). Overall, the place was clean and the staff were very nice, but yes, a bit pricey. Maybe we’ll try again if changes are made.

Food was fine. Nothing really stood out . Pulled pork was a bit dry. Pretty typical BBQ for this area. Beans were decent but had geound beef in them. A BBQ place should have brisket in the beans. Rh5e potato sald was the best side, good southern mustard style. Service was good
