Just ordered a classic chicken steak hoagie. It was terrible. I ordered herrs jalapeño chips and they threw in regular chips instead. Im not eating them. They have no taste. WaWa just gives you anything when you order delivery. They need to just refund your money or call you and ask you what you want as a substitution. Other store will call you and ask you but NOT WAWA. DONT JUST THROW ANY OLD THING IN THE BAG! Employees need to pay attention to detail when filling customer orders. Lousy customer service. Come on SHEETZ! Their food and customer service is better.

Heavy set white lady at register rushes people rude, won’t let me get rewards card out. Half the gas pumps are down. The sandwich people in the back talk too much and put too much on subs! You need to pay attention and learn.

A woman named Robin was extremely helpful. I love Wawa and staff members like her are the reason I come here!

This has got to be one of the most poorly run Wawa’s I have ever seen. The gas pumps never give receipts. This morning the people inside must have been too busy to reset the pump. I scanned my card, selected the gas and nothing. I left without getting gas. Wasted time, you suck. I never have a problem at SHEETZ. If you can’t maintain the pumps, get rid of them and stay with fast food.

Just want to give a shout out to one of your employees, Cole. He was cleaning the women’s restroom, and while there was a line, I was very appreciative. Then he came outside and emptied the recycle and trash bins. Then he cleaned up the sidewalks all around the store. We were very impressed with how hard-working he was and what a good attitude he had.

$4.99 for 10 funnel cake fries, what a scam. I heard them say they didn’t have enough funnel cake fries for the 3 orders they had pending so then they obviously stretched what they had left into these embarrassingly small servings instead of just telling us they couldn’t do it.

I wish they put more lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers. etc. on their subs. I ordered three subs today. The tuna one was perfect…loaded with the veggies. The Italian was light on the veggies…hardly any. I ordered a complete veggie sub and it was mainly roll. Since I wasn’t ordering any meat and cheese you would think they put a bunch of veggies on there. Nope. Not only was it a thin sandwich, but they forgot to put veggies on the last two inches of the roll on one end. They could have thrown a tomato slice, some lettuce, spinach, hot peppers, cucumbers and onions in that space, but nope. They left it bare. The other Wawa’s load them up!!! I guess I’ll go to another for my veggie subs.

I will be sharing this experience with my 6,000 followers on Facebook.

I was there this morning trying to buy cigarettes and the guy helping me was mad cool and helpful seeing that I was able to prove I was over 21 (I am 34), but the older lady with the blond hair that work at the register with him in our conversation and made him not accept my virtual ID. He said he only needed my DOB from it so I was like I have my pass port, am I able to use that, just for this one time, and when he asked that lady she still said no. Making the morning rough for no reason. I get you have to follow protocol but protocol isn’t being followed with everyone. If you don’t look older, they card you. I look like I’m over 21 and I was able to prove with a passport and she still didn’t even accept that. I live down the street and come here all the time it’s the first time I felt like I was targeted in that way because there were two white men before me that did not get carded. If you are going to follow protocol it should apply to everyone. Other people had faces on with the lack of understanding as to why she was making it so difficult. Service is horrible if she is there, she didn’t even communicate compassionately.

I would also like to add I had my ID virtually and had left my actual license in my other pants, but it’s clear they pick and choose who they want to ID.

Assuming they wouldn’t ID me, I still went ahead and explained I didn’t have mine on me just virtually or my passport physically. He was understanding while she tried to flex her power. Never will be back I will drive to the gas station before I go back while she is there. He rang up all my stuff until she intervened. It would have made more sense if he got educated on the protocol privately while we both learned from this experience, but not everyone has the managerial skills to use situations as a learning opportunity for staff.

Hey, I don’t know what’s going on with you, but the new people you have, the new boy and the woman in the green shirt, give you what you want from the kitchen, not what you order. You show them the reality and they get angry and just go and find out what to bring back from the kitchen. You really have to put things in order and teach them respect and manners. The staff that was there months ago and the young man in charge of the store, they were really kind and respectful.
