It’s upsetting to pay 13$ for this. This is a very skimpy chicken peanut wrap. I tried it twice the past two days because it does taste amazing, thinking that maybe someone else is working and will make sure that it’s more of a full wrap. But unfortunately not. I’m not sure if this is how they tell the employees to fill up the wraps or not but I’m not going to spend my money here anymore, very unfortunate because the taste is good, but not worth it. This is very disappointing.

First time here. Came for the flip flop day, free smoothie offer. Honestly, I was not a fan of that specific smoothie. But the staff was awesome and I’ll come back. Plus I appreciate the free offer, just didn’t like the flavors of it. So I’ll be back to happily pay and try a different flavor another time.

I’m a faithful smoothie king girl, this was my first time coming here as I’ve basically tried every option at SK and wanted something different. I ordered the island green detox, no mango sub pineapple. The smoothie was more of a fluffy consistency, the added ginger was a very different taste, not bad but different. It was not as sweet as I anticipated. You do get a lot of smoothie for the price compared. The staff was sweet and recommended this smoothie as I told them it was my 1st time. I’m a reoccurring customer but i’m really over it at this point. The smoothies and bowls are inconsistent, the last few times i went i paid $3 more for extra toppings in my açaí bowl and they never put any extra. One day the smoothies are perfect, the next day they have absolutely no flavor and are barely blended with huge chunks of fruit. One day the açaí bowl is perfect, next time it’s completely frozen, next time it’s melted. Way too expensive for the quality.

I love tropical smoothie, I’ve been a returning customer for years. Never had any issues until recently. Every time me and my fiance go to pick up our smoothies there’s always 1 specific girl working and the drink ALWAYS comes out sour/bland. This is never an issue unless she’s making the drinks. I’ve bit my tongue multiple times because I used to work in the food industry, some days are just off. But this is consistently happening and it’s disappointing when I’m spending money AND tipping for it to be gross and inedible.

The smoothies were great, but our Buffalo wrap was done very wet. We usually go to the Pearland location, and the staff and food are great. First time in the Friendswood location, and the service was bad. The employees did not know how to scan the survey coupon.

I placed an order and received all four of my bowls with melted bases, even though they were supposed to be frozen. I went back to let the staff know, and they said they would remake them — but none of the remade bowls matched what I originally ordered. On top of that, 2 out of the 4 bowls were broken, as if they were thrown together in a rush without care. It really felt like they didn’t want to fix the mistake properly. For the price, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better quality and service.

I spent $35 on two bowls and one large smoothie. Inicially the girl who took my order didn’t even greet me or have a good friendly attitude. The smoothie had 0 flavor. It just tasted like blended ice with some strawberry flavor. Really bad. The bowls were ok. Not a good experience.

Every time I go into tropical smoothie cafe store to order a smoothie the employee brings the smoothie to me. Doesn’t just leave it on the counter, which is fine for other places, but I just thought this was a very unique experience and every time I order a smoothie I always feel like I’m on vacation. Furthermore I really enjoy white chocolate powder that they add to the drinks and I usually add extra and I’ve yet to find a smoothie place that adds the same white chocolate powder. I mean good for one company to corner market on that.

My family friend tried the mixed berry Greek bowl that had a Chia oatmeal pudding with fresh bananas, blueberries, and granola. It has the perfect amount of balance and texture ranging from crunchy to smooth; it was delicious with the
bites I had of it. !!!! ✅
