Beyond disappointed… the streak was soft as jerky 2/3 of the bowl was cold I’m assuming the Mac b cheese wasn’t stirred the l fried onions were the best item in the bowl. I see what Arby’s tried to do. I’m just the recipient of an abysmal effort, if it was busy, I’d be far more understanding. It was slow. There was time to make a good effort.

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE CONSUMPTION. My fiancee and I ordered through the drive thru and then went to back to our place to eat and I finished my bowl and noticed the sticker on the bottom that said use by Halloween. I implored her to atop eating and check her bowl and it had a use by date of 10/30. This isn’t safe product handling or proper food handling. The bowl wasn’t warmed up all the way through and I’m glad that I was able to stop her from eating the rest of the bowl. Only reason service is a 2 was because the people were nice. THROW OUT YOUR EXPIRED FOOD INSTEAD OF SERVING IT TO PEOPLE!!

I went there 3 times this past week. Twice I dined in and once through the drive-thru. Not very busy during the lunch time when I went. Arby’s is probably one of my favorite places to get lunch or dinner, or even a snack.

Not busy at all and everyone inside working seemed confused about there particular space where they should be working. Everyone of them was talking to each other with absolutely no configuration. I’m not sure whether to be sorry for the manager or blame the manager. At the end of the day, the biggest problem is that the guy at the drive-through reach his hand in my bag about nine times and touching my food. Of course those guys are not wash their hands on a regular basis and still messed up my order.

I came here with my kids and let them all use coupons to order what they wanted. The manager happily took our coupons and their orders. That service is top notch. Thank you for not shaming us for trying to save some money. We’ll be here again – with a coupon of course!

Gotta be the worst Arby’s in town.
I asked for a ham and cheese, “please don’t heat it all.” Got a confirmation.
But it was obviously heated.
This is when a squeaky voiced woman at the window told me I was required to make a separate request to not heat the BUN. She was pompous and completely serious. Claimed to be a college student too. Good lord.
So I called that store and the same squeaky voice identified herself as the manager. Yikes. Arby’s is in trouble. She reiterated that if I didn’t want the bun toasted or heated I had to make a SECOND request in addition to asking that my “sandwich” not be heated “at all.”
So there ya go Arby’s fans. This location is good for a laugh but not much else.

Came here for some quick shakes. Ordered 2 chocolate and 2 Jamocha … we received our drinks… not labeled considering all of them are the same shade of chocolate brown … we also received 2 straws and of course had already pulled away from the window before we noticed the lack of straws. With Covid we couldn’t go in and either complain or get 2 straws so we had to go to the local caribou to grab 2 straws!! I find it crazy to send out drinks not labeled or even pointing out which is which!!!
