Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. Went through the drive through and ordered 2 Peach Vertigos with regular red bull and a Peach Bliss Quencher. This day, my toddler did not feel well and was crying, so I understand it might have been hard to hear. Get to the window and they handed us 2 infusions of some sort and the Peach Bliss Quencher. Told them it was wrong and we wanted 2 peach Vertigos. As they were closing the window one of the workers stated “Maybe you shouldnt have a crying toddler in the driver through”. They handed us the infusions again only this time it was blended. Again. Told them it was wrong and what we wanted. After the 3rd time, it was still incorrect but there was a long line and wasn’t going to make people wait. You go to a place and spend $20+ on something… You expect it to be right. We wasted both of the wrong drinks because we couldn’t figure out what it was or drink it.

Don’t bring your dually! Love Scooters…coffee is great, the coffee girls are nice (even gave my pup a cup), but man, those tight circles around their buildings. Always have to plan a 20 point turn in that drive thru.

I’m very concerned with the service I received today. Your store closes at 8:00 p.m., but I was told the ovens are turned off at 7:00 p.m. I arrived at 6:50 p.m. specifically to order an omelette egg bite, only to be told it wasn’t available because they turn off the oven a hour before close. If an item is on your menu, it should be offered from open until close, otherwise it misleads customers.
On top of that, I had to wait in a single-lane line for an additional 10 minutes because the car in front of me was waiting for their order. Overall, it was a wasted stop for me, and unfortunately I won’t be returning unless this is corrected.

Told them what I Wanted. They asked if I wanted it blended or iced. I showed them the exact picture And online it only showed that they only offered iced. It was a caramel apple Red Bull infusion. They gave me an iced caramel licious….

Definitely one of those places that is hit or miss based on who is working. It’s very irritating to ask for almond milk in my drinks and only get it 30% of the time. Thankfully I don’t have a deadly allergy and only get bathroom problems. (This is after 45 minutes of sitting. Almond milk would separate and look weird at this point but still taste delicious!)

more expensive than other chains like Dunkin’. The blended drinks can be overly sweet. Personally the cold brews have a nice touch with an extra shot of expresso! The bacon cheese burrito was delicious with CHUNKS of bacon! was a lil on the the smaller side of a full size burrito.

I stopped here to get the drink always do and the last 4 times they have messed it up.. today I did not want to settle on my $8 coffee So I called the other Scooters on Osborne Drive and asked if they could remake it for me Kara was very sweet apologetic and understanding! The employees are always friendly and I never have to wait long, even if the line is long. In my opinion, their coffees taste better than any of the competitors in town, and the prices are more affordable than other competitors. Their caramelicious muffin is my absolute favorite food product they sell.
