Stopped in at the Jimmy John’s on Grant Ave and was really impressed. The service was extremely quick – my sandwich was ready almost as soon as I ordered. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better.
The restaurant itself is very clean and well-kept, with a comfortable atmosphere for a quick bite. Most importantly, the sandwiches taste fresh every time – the bread, meats, and veggies all had that just-prepared quality that sets Jimmy John’s apart.
Overall, it’s a great spot for a fast, fresh, and friendly meal in downtown Pittsburgh. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable place to grab a sandwich on the go

Good food. The guy who took our order was nice and friendly. I don’t just love restaurants in the middle of cities, but this one is great

Was a guest in Pittsburgh. Just arrived after a long flight from the west coast. Decided to order online for a quick meal. Went to pick up my order, was greeted by rudeness from staff as if they did not care I was even in the store. Inquired about my order. Guy behind the counter, indifferently, told me to look to side of the room. I checked and there is no order to pick up. Ask another staff who deferred me to the same guy. After pushing he finally checked and see that there is no order to pickup. At this time a female staff came in and told me she cancelled my order without even bothering to call me or notify me. All she told me is that she voided my transaction which I did check immediately on my phone. She did not give me any convincing reason to why the order was cancelled. There were literally nobody in the restaurant when I was there. Is this a new way of customer service, that your customer’s time and satisfaction are of no value??

It’s Pittsburgh, grab the food because they do it well, but move fast and don’t expect a smile. They are busy.

Not much to say here. Busy sandwich shop. The food is consistent and good.

Must be the same owner as Penn Ave. Unless two owners are participating in collusion. Already reviewed Penn Ave. Same scenario. Big board says combo is $12 something. Asked specifically for combo. In both places, they just ring up everything separately and it c9mes out $14 something. Don’t tell you they’re doing it…just do it. Again, just like previous review…which is it, false advertising or just blatantly ripping people off. If you don’t do combos, why is it on the board?
