Heard about JJ’s being comparable to Jersey mikes thought I’d give it a shot. Regret. Was just an overpriced sandwhich I could make at home. Don’t know why there is any hype on the Italian sandwhich I had. They said it had oil and vinegar but I didn’t taste any. Pickles in the sandwhich were really nice pickles though

One of the better Jimmy John’s I’ve been too. Got a toasted sub and it was hot and ready pretty quick. JJ isn’t the best subs around but pretty good for a chain store.

I stopped by for a quick lunch. Luckily, when I went there was no line. I was able to place and receive my order super fast.
The sandwiches I’ve gotten here have always been actuate. The interior was super clean with ample seating.

Avoid the Smokin Kickin’ Chicken sandwich. It’s just good marketing for a rather flat cold chicken sandwich. Otherwise, decent chain with good cold sandwich options. Feedback was provided to the site and moving forward I have made the choice to make my own sandwiches. I have chosen to discontinue purchasing sandwiches from Jimmy Johns, but my experience may not reflect changes in the future. Honest ethical promotions are a standard for fast food to adhere to and when they don’t, the only recourse is boycotting.

They had one job and I was the only person in store. First time ordering from the location next to “Best Buy”. 3 sandwiches for lunches the next day, all the same except one had peppers. Asked to mark that one. Next day. Wrong sandwich was marked. He had good odds, but nope. Maybe to hide that the sandwich with peppers had no meat. I should have kept watching them make the sandwich but after watching him spread the mayo on the sandwich back and forth…over and over and over again, it became literally essence of mayo. I turned away. Called and spoke to what I assumed was a manager because I was passed onto him. I was asked what time and what I ordered so he cold research that. After finding my order he said he would have to contact the employee AT HOME to verify that I got no meat on my sandwich and he would call back in 5 min. SERIOUSLY…I’m looking at a sandwich with no meat…I didn’t order magic meat…it’s not there..I got no call back and was on my way to SHOW them the said sandwich when I realized how sad this whole encounter had become and bringing this stupid sandwich in to wave under someone’s nose was even sadder and dumb, so I didn’t. At some point you just cut your losses and move on. Forgetting the main ingredient in a sandwich is pretty impressive on some level but everyone has a brain freeze. It was the extreme lack of customer service by this manager that was mind boggling. This should have been a two minute conversation followed by “come back in and we’ll make up a whole new batch of sandwiches for you”. I will not be going back and would not recommend it to others.

Nearest to where i live and something is wrong in my order almost every time(deliveries). They have even forgotten the ham in my sandwich on more than one occasion. Here are the most recent: 4/19 forgot my chips and gave wrong drink. 5/1 my sandwich was missing 3 different things i had requested. Only reason it gets 2 stars is because when the food is right its good.

Unfortunately along with the obnoxious pricing and the genuine lack of choices to add i could only choose one addition so I chose pickles and they only put 2 pickles on one on each end to make it seem like there where pickles throughout it was extremely unsatisfactory and frustrating!

Normally, we’ve ordered food from here and have been satisfied. Tonight, however, I was displeased that they gave me lettuce that was NOT fresh for my wrap, and somehow, most if not all of the provolone cheese wound up in the bottom??? Mostly, I was annoyed at having to pull apart the lettuce, which caused my “wrap” to barely hold together.
To make matters worse, I called, and when I spoke to the manager, she said, “Well, our lettuce wraps are made fresh, so if you got orange lettuce and it’s your opinion it’s not fresh…” What kind of customer service is that?
Plus, smart phones are a thing. So, I’ve uploaded the so-called “fresh” lettuce I received.

My wife and I had Unsandwiches. The lettuce wrap was very fresh and crisp and the meats and cheese tasty as well. We didn’t notice until later, that there were some free additions that could go into your (Un) sandwiches, try them next time.
