Food is good.
Workers are rude. Asked for a double rice instead of a rice and beans for 2 kids meals plus sour cream. The staff wouldn’t do. Said had to be 1 rice and 1 bean and couldn’t add sour cream, that was the only option. So we asked for 1 with 2 rice and 1 with 2 sour creams. Nope. Offered to pay more. Staff said nope. Not until the manager intervened was it okay but still had to pay extra for a sour cream. The food was very low on stock and no one was really making more to refill the trays (it was 1:30 on a Sunday).
The restaurant was gross. Not one clean table. Had to wipe down ourselves, thankful wife carries cleaning wipes.
We frequent chipotle, but compared to Crown point IN or even the one in homer glen IL. (By my work) this is by far the worst chipotle we ever go too and it has been this way ever since their honeymoon opening period ended. I think it is worth the trip to crown point.

Awful experience, came 1 hour before close. Waited 30 minutes in drive through line. Store is supposed to close at 11pm By 10:40pm the kitchen refused to make my order right as they were already packed up and closed for the night. Recieved a burrito instead of a bowl. Handed burrito back and recieved that same burrito smashed into a bowl.

I genuinely tried to like this location but it’s soo bad. The burrito I got was the smallest thing known to man, and I got cheeped out on my bowl. I payed around 30-40 for everything so I expect to have good portions. The food is so unseasoned, all of the other locations have been good idk what’s up with this one. Chips were stale and wet they tasted DISGUSTING. Also why is a small thing of queso 3 dollars? Employees are not friendly at all, theres been times i’ve waited 10 minutes for someone to come to cashier. Stay away from this location

Just had the most epic meal at Chipotle!!! The food is good!!! I mean, I’ve had my fair share of burritos, bowls, and tacos, but this time was on another level! Kevin was super friendly. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have been to and that includes many of the Chicago locations. Every single time something is wrong. Stale chips. Always out of toppings and protein. Rude employees. Portions wildly inconsistent. Missing entire items of an order. Employees focused on just about anything besides serving customers. And other incidents too long to type out here. It’s pretty impressive how consistently terrible this location is.

Today was by far my worst experience at a Chipotle. My stomach hurts so bad after eating and to make matters worse there was hair in my food. This location had 7 employees but only one was preparing food as well as being a cashier. One employee was bragging about his burrito he made for his personal lunch. Another guy came and made a burrito for one customer then walked away even though there were 4 more people in line. I wish that I had read reviews before going here. I will never go here again!

untrained staff. terrible attitude, asked for a kids quesadilla and the girl refused to make it. when a different girl came over because i asked to speak to the manager, the quesadilla was not cooked. asked for a side of cheese, and said they can’t do it. it doesn’t come like that. i offered to pay for it and refused that also. missing the chips. i will not return and everyone will know how horrible this chipotle is.

Every single time I have came here around 9pm or after 9pm, it never fails. They never greet any customers inside, take about 5 minutes to start the order, and are literally shutting down the store two hours before close. Lol and this has been going on for months. This is a new chipotle so I’m a little confused

7/16/25. A person in my family is a very picky eater and enjoys getting just rice and beans from chipotle. So, I ordered 2 bowls and asked for white rice and double black beans. The lady working was extremely rude and gave a very small amount of black beans. I kindly asked for more and she got an attitude and said that there was no more black beans. Mind you, this was at 8:30 on a Wednesday. They close at 11. So l am unsure of why they are running out of a simple item, that many people get, without remaking some 2 1/2 hours before closing. I usually get this order as “two sides” or a “veggie 3-pointer” but this time I was charged 20 dollars as if I got 2 full bowl when I really only got white rice and a small amount of black beans. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant but customer service is still expected and there is absolutely no reason to be rude to someone when they are doing nothing but trying to get food. I have gone to this location many times and this same worker has been very rude everytime. This worker was also the one that checked me out, on the receipt it shows that her name is Kylie
