Best pizza this side of the city, and I grew up in the city. Not that deep dish stuff that everyone calls Chicago style (which they also have),but a real Chicago crispy thin crust. And yes they have a gluten free version which tastes just like the regular. We get one of each. Also their side salads have all fresh ingredients. We order for delivery almost every week.

Everything is always phenomenal from online ordering, food is always exceptional, and the delivery drivers are so sweet.
Just wish there was a way to order garlic bread on your menu. The bread that comes with the lasagna – would love to be able to add that to my order. It is not an option when you order online.

I Order my pizza here all the time cause they make it perfect, but today wasn’t the day pizza looks like it’s been played with dough is half cooked grease all over the pizza not even cut can’t pick it up with out everything falling off. And now the manager hung up the phone cause he admit he had one of he’s cooks deliverer the food. People can’t be professionals after I spent my hard money

We ordered an Italian beef sandwich and an Italian sausage sandwich and they were delicious.
I asked for extra beef and they definitely made sure I got my money’s worth because I am so full I can’t even get off the couch

Best Rosati’s we have ordered from! Food was piping hot and fresh. Customer service was awesome. They even called and made sure our order was correct when doubles were ordered to make sure we were not over charged. It’s very clean and the pizza slices in warmer looked fresh and delicious. We will be back to this location from now on!

This is an update on a previous review. There was an issue with our order. Shortly after my review I was contacted by their customer service. There was a miscue somewhere and it took awhile to sort out. Jeri realizing what happened made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. A long time customer and will remain so.

We ordered pizza for delivery and it was delicious. It even arrived sooner than expected. Although there is another Rosati’s that delivers to us and is likely a little closer, that one just doesn’t have consistently good food like this one in Sugar Grove.
