Prices have gotten higher and the sizes of ham have gotten smaller. Service was good though. For corporate orders you actually have to drive to the back of the store since they don’t want large quantities of hams impeding the ordering lobby. Simply call the store and let them know you are in the back and a staff member will assist you in loading.

I preordered and paid for a ham and dinner rolls approximately 3 weeks in advance. I scheduled to pick up the order as I was leaving town for a dinner. I arrived at HBH promptly at 4pm but the lady at the front told me they had sold out of my dinner rolls earlier in the day. I was very confused since I had paid for them well in advance and she said they sold them to customers earlier. I asked her if this was standard business practice and she said “well you could have come earlier.” I was very surprised by her response and lack of inconsideration for delaying me to have the food I had planned to pick up and travel with. She said “you can come back in the morning and we might have more.” Her response was just very rude and clearly not helpful. She offered to give me Hawaiian rolls or buns which I declined. Then when I asked for my money back she said she can’t make changes to online orders. Funny thing to me since they very clearly took the money for food that was not given to me. Anyway, every person in line was listening and appalled at her lackluster attitude. I think the company would be appalled too if they knew that was the face of their business.

I preordered smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and took the additional step of prepaying. Imagine my surprise when I showed up at my designated time to pick up my order and the store was completely out of smoked turkey because they had been selling it to people without preorders. This is incredible poor customer service and planning on the store’s part. They didn’t even offer a discount or apology. Needless to say we won’t be getting Thanksgiving turkey from here again.

The BEST ham in Louisville for the hollidays. You can pre-order without pre-paying which is a HUGE bonus for most ppl. Yes its expensive but worth every dime! Save the bone for beans after the holliday ❤️ or buy a ham bone while you’re there and throw in the freezer

– Was immediately greeted when walking in
– The Store was IMMACULATELY clean
– She purposely didn’t make my ham sliders because “Trust me, they are better fresh on the spot, warm, not soggy since they were sitting on the fridge!” ***NEVER had a food place care about quality like that.
– The servers had charisma and positivity seen in few businesses

I truly can not say enough. I was beyond shocked. First time I’ve come here today. And thanks to the service received it will NOT be my last! I am telling everyone about this little gem.

Honey Baked catered an event for us. The whole deal was excellent, beginning with the ordering and ending with an on-time and efficient delivery of delicious and nice packaged packaged sandwiches. Highly recommend!

Just ate here for lunch. Got the honey baked ham sandwich. This has to be the smallest portion of meat I’ve ever had on a sandwich. My guess is at most 1 ounce of ham. Flavor was good, but too much honey drizzle on the sandwich. Very poor value for what you can buy these days whether a sub or sandwhich. I would recommend saving yourself the time and money and go to Publix and get a sub or sandwich. They’re so much better and much better value.

Horrible experience. Pre-ordered online to keep from waiting in line. Some people have been waiting in line for 30 minutes and when they got up to the counter to get their PRE-ORDER they said they were out of turkeys. There were 2 lines one was supposed to be Pre-ordered AND pre-paid but no one was there to tell customers. Some customers had been waiting in the wrong line for over 20 minutes and had to then get in another line. Very disorganized. Someone needs to open another similar store and put them out of business.

As a treat for Christmas this year, my husband and I bought a quarter honey baked ham. The six pound bone in ham cost $66.00. We were told to keep it frozen until the day before use. We did. When we thawed it out, we were excited. It was good, but not really what we expected. It was sliced about a quarter of the way through. It was extremely salty and difficult to slice. Save your money and go to Costco or Aldi’s.
