The Subway in Interlochen, MI is the best it has been since it opened! The newest owners take pride in customer service. They are courteous and never seem stressed, even if there is a line. The vegetables are always fresh and presentable. They keep the food trays clean and full. Each sub bite tastes the same, as they evenly spread both the veggies and sauces. I highly recommend this location. If you stopped going here because of bad service and/or poor quality, consider giving it another try! I’m so glad we gave them another try!

I ordered an ultimate BMT salad. The guy gave me no lettuce with my salad I never once said no lettuce. I went back in and tried to rectify the situation and he was an absolute rude gentleman to me. I would highly recommend staying away from this establishment. The new owners are not any better than the old.

Went in on a Saturday night at 8:19. Website says they close at 9. Doors unlocked but guy inside said they close at 830, but he was already cleaning up everything so he wouldn’t make us anything. I have never seen anything like it in my life! He was rude and seeing the rest of these reviews they should just close shop! Terrible

I ordered two flatbreads online they no longer carry. (Apparently they only have white bread now) They waited until I got there instead of calling me about the issue. Corporate was there, so they ignored the customer. I am standing here getting g ignored at this very moment, encouraged by thw corporate rep.

I entered Subway on a Saturday, early afternoon with 2 children with the attempt to purchase 4 subs. We waited almost 10 minutes for the gentleman in the back to finish up his conversation with someone as well as whatever else he was doing. My daughter had to use the restroom while we were waiting. The women’s restroom was absolutely disgusting with a completely brown toilet with no toilet paper to use. At this time I expected the gentleman to come to the front of the store to take our orders. He never came to the front. The kids certainly were not quiet so it’s not like he “didn’t hear us”. We obviously left and spent our money elsewhere. I guess this is why I always see this place empty. Giving them 1 star is being generous.

I don’t mean to dis anyone, but Bob has to be the slowest employee at this joint. Sub always taste delicious but when it takes 20 mins for one sub I have to say it’s a bit ridiculous. Mimis here I come!
*UPDATE* 11/11/22 after placing an online order and driving 15 mins to get it. At 4.29 a gal in gas. My whole sandwich was wrong. No veggies no dressing and I ordered a melt and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The person working at the time I believed to be a Manger gave me attitude and said someone must of grabbed the wrong order.. the bag I grabbed had my name and cell number on it.. who grabbed the wrong bag. This place is a joke. Glad to waste my time here yet again. And then after driving to get my right sub… the person literally says. I would let this cool down its extremely hot. Sweet I think at least my cheese would be melted. First bite cold cheese and meat… look at the picture and tell me the cheese looks melted. 2 trips and my hour lunch wasted on this place..

If all you want is to eat bread this is the place for you. The two rude male workers who didn’t understand English could not get an order right to save their lives. They PURPOSELY skimp in EVERYTHING. They had hardly any veggies and no cookies. I questioned them on the little amount of meat that was on the sandwiches and they just shrugged and said what next! They didn’t understand when I said I only wanted my meat and cheese heated up, but not toasted and then proceeded to put it on paper in the oven and scraped half of my meat in the trash. I paid $45 for complete garbage and threw mine out immediately!! I didn’t even try to eat it. Half the stuff looked expired anyway. This place should be shut down.
