At the time of this post they had a deal going on- chicken cheesesteak and fries for $7.49.
I upgraded the fries to the ultimate fries (which includes cheese, bacon bits and ranch).
Not going to lie, with the white flakes of snow falling down outside the fresh fries hit just right. Sandwich was delicious, I’m not being biased because I love chicken (I’m definitely not hyping this up because it’s chicken). It makes sense why Simon Malls chose this restaurant to serve the food court besides the other chosen restaurants there.
I look forward to eating here again!

Disrespectful employee.
Called out my order number wrong at least a couple of times. When I went to double check he called out the wrong number again and sounded rude. “I called your order number 3 times!” Calling out the wrong number 3 times doesn’t make it right does it?
And the amount of cheese on my gourmet fries was very minimal.
All the other Charley’s I’ve been to were great, just not this one.

It was our first time trying this place, my brother got the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich with cheese fries, and I got the kimchi one with cajun fries.
The Philly was dripping sauce that I couldn’t even hold it in my hand, it was really really soggy, but the taste was good, my cajun fries were delicious, they reminded me of wing stop cajun fries.
It took about 3 minutes for our order to be ready.
Unfortunately my stomach felt bad afterwards.

We were at outlet Cincinnati and after shopping for hours we were totally hungry and found Charley’s Cheese Steaks in the food court.
This is my first time here at this restaurant and I went for vegetarian sandwich along with cheesy jalapeno french fries on the side. First thing, the sandwich, it’s a little different from the one we have regularly.The veggies inside were sauted and included with a pickle which made it taste yum. And I loved the fries, they were so cheesy and hot tasted pretty good.
Price wise, it’s not so expensive, we can get a sandwich, fries and a large drink for around 11$ and the people inside were friendly,they explain us clearly regarding the items we get while placing the order and make sure that our requests were addressed properly. All together, I found this restaurant good to go

Philly cheese steaks are my fiance favorite so we wanted to try Charley’s. They were pretty good. A little sloppy but still were pretty delicious. Definitely will try them again next time we are back around.

Amazing! We ate here June 16th around 3p. The guy working the counter was awesome. Our first time and he made recommendations. We went the 3 cheese bacon. So delicious! Nothing skimpy about the sandwich. You can tell he loved his job and even said he did. Great attitudes from all workers:) great to see!

Man… I was so pleasantly surprised when I bit into this sandwich for the first time. It has its own unique taste, while giving you the classic cheese steak feel. In no way could I tell I was eating a sandwich from a mall food court. I keep looking for reasons to go shopping at the Cincinnati Premium Outlets, just so I could stop by for another cheese steak. I truly enjoyed it.

I bought a chicken Philly. Wasn’t really made in the “Philly” way, which I was craving. But it was delicious and priced right. I will ALWAYS stop at a Charley’s, when I see one.
