Ate at your place today and was very impressed. The crust was perfect, the cheese gooey, the toppings yummy. The sauce sweet and tangy. Yum. Thank you for a great slice of pie.

I recently stopped by Brad’s Pizzeria, and I have to say, the crust and bread knots were the real stars of the show. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside, yet wonderfully chewy inside—honestly, some of the best I’ve had in a while. The bread knots were just as impressive, with a golden, garlicky goodness that made them downright addictive. I could’ve eaten a whole basket of those alone!
That said, the sauce was a bit of a letdown for me. It leaned way too sweet, almost like it was trying to be dessert instead of balancing out the pizza. It overpowered the other flavors, which was a shame because the crust deserved a sauce that could match its greatness. If they dialed back the sweetness and let the savory shine, this place could be a total knockout. Still, I’d go back just for that crust and those bread knots—they’re worth the trip!

For $15 a pie i had zero complaints. Hand made dough with pueblo green chiles always a solid choice. Wish there was a little more toppings but like I said for $15 very solid spot.

Right size, right amount of ingredient, and a pasion to bake the pizza, it’s a must try. You don’t see many businesses with that kind of display, and it taste just as satisfying as watching the chef making it. It has been a long time I have tried a pizza like this. If you’re a local near CO Pueblo, you should stop by at Pueblo Mall.

One of the best slices ive had in pueblo. You’d have to be mad to compare this to trash like dominos. You wouldn’t think much because it’s the mall, but the pizza is excellent. The sauce is flavorful but not acidic. Lots of cheese and garlic butter on the crust was a great finish. Big slices, too. Always support family businesses. These folks deserve your money.

I wanted to order a slice of pizza, but the cashier had her baby with her on her hip and the person that appeared to be naking the pizza, had dough stuck to his hands and was talking to someone that just ordered. It was a little off putting to see him playing with the dough stuck to his hands. Gloves might be a good choice. As I sat there watching, he’s walking around the front again playing with the dough. It just didn’t seem to sanitary. And please find out why someone was working there with a baby

Ok pizza. I saw this pop up on DoorDash and the prices are high for a mall pizza place, not even a sit down restaurant. $6 for a pepperoni slice and $30 for a whole pizza is steep for Pueblo, even if it is large. You could get a whole pizza for $10 or less at Dominos, Papa John’s, BlackJack etc. The taste is just a little better than a frozen pizza. It wasn’t bad, just firmly mediocre.

A slice is from $6-8 and the garlic knots are $7. They have a 3 slice deal for $18 which isn’t even a deal if you want just cheese. I asked to sub the 3rd slice for garlic knots but was told the garlic knots cost too much. Really confusing menu system where a $7 knot is more than a $8 slice but whatever. Pizza was ehh and won’t be going back due to the garlic knots being too expensive to substitute.

Pizza is okay. The real problem is the lack of immediate options. The buffet line is just so empty that it doesn’t look appealing at first.
