Ordered a tray of sausage peppers and onions. Told them it did not need to be hot as it wasn’t going to be served immediately. When got it home it was not cooked at all and there were no onions. When I called and asked to speak to owner I was hung up on. I called back and was told that it was •precooked” which was ridiculous. No offer to rectify. Will never go back again it was absolutely ridiculous.

I order from this place everyday for work. I do two separate orders since I’m picking up food for my coworkers. Multiple times they messed up and charged me for my food plus my coworkers food. Another time they charged me for food that someone else left on the counter as I was checking out. Lastly, the food isn’t good. I ordered a chicken ranch sandwich and the ranch was spoiled. Had to throw it out after a few bites. I won’t be coming back here…

Great great great sandwiches. Seriously, they make huge and delicious sandwiches here, enough for two to split. The only issue I have no real place to eat there except in real nice weather and the egg sandwiches seem like they use tiny eggs and very thin bacon. That’s just a personal preference, though. Great food, staff, and the place is very clean.

I was very disappointed having not been here in years. It was once a fabulous place with wonderful food. It is now nothing more than a cheesy bodega. I ordered hot lobster bisque that was reheated in a microwave in the plastic container. The bisque had not actual pieces of lobster.

I order a catering order with here. The food didn’t get eaten. None of our guests ate the food and we wound up just throwing it out. Honestly it was a waste. I told them when I called after our party and it all they said was thank you. So to be honest we will avoid citarelli’s at all cost. I don’t like to leave negative reviews. the owner contacted me and we will resolve the issue. They are a nice place.

Been going there for good bunch of years. Lunch heroes are enormous but is n ow over 15 bucks . Salads especially cole slaw , potatoe and mac are absolutely horrible. Change the recipes
