Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop absolutely impressed me on my very first visit, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. The classic cheesesteak was amazing—packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best cheesesteak sandwiches I’ve ever had. Capriotti’s truly sets the bar high when it comes to cheesesteaks. I also really enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, which was loaded, hearty, and incredibly satisfying. The fries deserve special recognition too—the portions are very large, generous, and perfect for sharing. I really appreciate that Capriotti’s offers Wagyu steak, which takes the quality to another level. To top it all off, the brookie—a delicious cookie and brownie combo—was incredible, especially with a big glass of milk. Overall, my first experience at Capriotti’s was outstanding, and everything from the food quality to the portions made it a place I’ll happily return to again and again.

We ordered our food to go, so I can’t speak to the in-house service, but it’s a order at the counter style restaurant that made delicious sandwiches very quickly. We loved how clean everything was packed and will definitely get food to go again.

It was my mom and I first time eating here. Although when we walked i must say this place is extremely expensive. However we decided to try the Philly cheesesteak sandwich because of the special they had buy one and get one free. Im glad we did that because the sandwich was freshly made. The sandwich was so delicious, my mother and I shared medium fries. Both the sandwich and fries had plenty of portions. We loved it so much that we will definitely return again. I’ve posted my review on Facebook to all my friends about this place. They won’t be disappointed that’s for sure. The Philly cheesesteak was genuinely authentic and they have a variety of other sandwiches to choice from. If I had one thing not so good to say was the Pepsi was flat but that wasn’t a big deal

This is my favorite sandwich shop in the area!
The service is great and pretty quick. I almost always order online and it’s always ready on time. I’ve never gotten an incorrect order. My favorite is the hot Bobbie! It’s has so much flavor and is very filling! I recently tried the French dip with au jus and loved it!!
The other sandwiches are great as well, my husband always gets the cheesesteaks. But beware, the hot peppers are HOT!
I just tried the fries for the first time and the options are amazing! I got the wagyu steak fries and the toppings were delicious. The fries however, are the only thing I have to complain about. They’re big but completely flat like the potato was sucked right out of them. Not my preference but my husband still loves them.
Please don’t be scared away by the fact that it’s a chain. It’s delicious and they have great service! It is a bit pricey BUT they have great rewards! Just download the app to start earning. I got $20 off of my last meal! And every time you order you can fill out a survey for a $2 off coupon. Definitely give it a try!

Quite literally cannot wait to come back! My wife and I walked in with zero expectations other than “just another sandwich shop” the staff was super friendly and greeted us with a welcoming smile. Asked if we have been there before and we said “no”, He then gave us a quick run down of the menu and some fan favorites. Ultimately I tried the new Waygu French Dip sandwich, and my wife got the Waygu Black and Blue salad, she shared a side of fries. They made it pretty quick but it was all fresh and made to order. We got home and were blown away by how good it looked.. and even more shocked by how awesome it tasted! We kept saying to ourselves “this is so good, we should’ve tried them sooner” the French fries are that perfect middle ground in between a French fry and a potato chip.. they are so good. We will definitely be back to try some other menu options! Thank you again for the warm welcome!

Really good sandwiches. Plenty of toppings and they were fresh and tasty. They weren’t a wimpy little size either. Very fair prices considering what’s out there these days. I recommend giving them a try. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

First time here. Tired the French dip and the Bobbie mini portions. Ordered reg fries. The French dip was alright. A bit too much pepper and. It enough cheese. The auju was delicious tho. The Bobbie I should have ordered hot, was not good cold. I ended up dipping it in the auju just to eat it. The fries were excellent. The best part about the entire meal. The tables are a bit too high for the chair size, kids wouldn’t be able to eat without a booster seat if they aren’t tall enough. Prices a bit too high for the food quality. I’ll try again another time.

I never heard of Capriottis until about 2.5 Months ago. We had an event in Vegas & I found one there but decided to wait til I got back to Fl. I had the sm. American wagyu cheese steak, a small grilled italian, & the small meat balls with a small fry. My eldest daughter had the club, & my youngest the turkey with chips. Everything was delicious. Service was great & the atmosphere was great. I asked if we could eat up until their closing cause I had to drive back to Lakeland & she said yes. We will be back!!

The two ladies working today are trying so hard but we have sat here waiting on food for nearly 30 minutes, as has everyone else sitting here waiting. We’ve watched how many orders are coming in and how backed up they are. There is absolutely no prioritization method and no process. They have actually turned people away and people have walked out.
