I went on a Sunday night. Simon Alvarez. Was the one who was taking my order. He talks too fast. I had to tell him to slow down three times. I understand you know your job very well but you gotta do a better part of slow slowing down when the customer is ordering. Just terrible. I do not like it. I asked for some specific things I wanted my buns toasted. I did not get that as well as low on ice on my soft drink. Disappointed. Service was OK. Food was OK. Everything was so soggy. The fries was most of all not great. They need to change out the oil or something because they look old and taste it rancid. So gross. Never expected from this Burger,
Boy location. Most likely will never come back. I’d rather drive across town to another location to get better service and food quality. I do not recommend coming here.

My go-to quick burger spot! Atmosphere is great, staff is friendly and excellent. The Working Man Burger with Jalapeños and Cheese is delicious (ate half my burger before remembering to take a photo ). Solid burgers for a fair price . The shakes are tasty too .

I was impressed with the burgers, they were pretty good. The peppermint shake wad good, it did not have an over powering taste. They carry Big Red which I love. Staff was great & establishment was clean.

We stop in by chance, and couldn’t have made a better decision. The manager is ana amazing guy! He is so sweet, helpful and kind. We spoke to him and he gave us advice and recommendations on our vacation.
The food is great. Its stright forward burgers, fries and shakes but high quality for a reasonable price. The burgers are better than whataburger! The cheese is so yummy. I know that sounds odd, but a lot of places can have cheese that doesn’t have a strong flavor.

Love BB, but too often they mess up my order. Today, ordered a burger and fries. Told them to add cheese abd grilled jalapeños to the fries. Was asked if I wanted bacon, it said no bc I cant stand bacon on my fries. Guess what I get? My bad for not checking the bag before I left but was in a rush.

now I get the hype, this place is great! everything was delicious, but the soda fountain isn’t what I’m used to. soda was pretty flat. not a big deal to me, though, the cheese fries and the burger made it up for me.
