Honestly, an overall great experience.

Hailey was fantastic. She was super friendly, greeted us right when we walked in, and kept the entire front of house clean the whole time we were there. You could tell she stayed busy and took pride in what she was doing.

We actually went up and ordered twice because the food was so fresh and good. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers were peak today.

And in the words of my 9-year-old daughter: “It was good… like really good. Like really, really good. The only bad thing is they were out of Sprite. But at least they had ginger ale.”

Big shoutout to Hailey for making it a great visit. We’ll definitely be back

If I could give it zero stars I would. Rude workers behind the counter. Go up to ask for something extra and everyone stares at you. No help. Watched some worker pour lemonade out of a cup back into the lemonade container for everyone to drink out of behind the counter. No gloves no nothing. Seems like a health code violation. The guy that’s supposed to be taking orders is wearing ear buds and he is the only one who’s talking to customers. It took him 10 minutes to get my order together. Most of it was pre packaged and it shouldn’t have taken that long. This place sucks

After my daughter won her softball game, she requested to have Wendy’s. My husband arrives to Wendy’s and ordered a Baconator, a Dave’s Double and a chocolate frosty. When he checked the bag he noticed that there was no bacon on either of the sandwiches. He pulled back to the drive thru to explain to the young lady who took the money, that there was no bacon on the sandwiches. She took the receipt and told my husband that she would get the cook to make a new sandwich. When she returned to the window, she said, “He said because we are low on inventory, can he just give you the bacon.” My husband refused and said he wanted the sandwich he paid for. My husband said, “Can he come here?” When he came to the window and said, “Why you can’t just put the bacon on the sandwich?” My husband said because that’s not what I ordered. The guy continued to refuse to give my husband his correct sandwich and my husband refused because we paid for a $23 meal and did’t get what he paid for. Because my husband refused, the guy threatened to call the police. This made my 10 year old terrified and she started to cry. She said she didn’t want to get in trouble. By the way she recorded the entire thing and we are very disappointed with the service of the guy and the disrespect of the cook . What’s even more disappointing is how my 10 year old was nonstop crying from the trauma he caused by his irritate behavior.

Management here is terrible. If they get your order wrong you basically have to argue with them just for them to fix it. Nit to mention the wait is very long for some reason and when they finally do come out your food is wrong, cold, or even missing some parts. DON’T COME HERE unless u want to waste money. Also if you come at 10:30 and it says they close at 11pm just go else where because they will not take your order.

The Italian parmesan chicken sandwhich was a bit too much for me. I ate 95% of it still cause well …good money was spent but that fried block of cheese marinated in marinara sauce is a choking hazard for the babies. The issue is that combined with the chicken makes for a dry eating experience. And lort knows I love these overly salted fries but my blood pressure came in at 150/90 this week. Wendys you gotta chill on the salt. But your logo is still fire! That girl needs a sitcom or movie after the success of Wednesy on Netflix. Make it a satire

I wish I could rate lower than 1 but I can’t. I have given this Wendy’s way too much money over the years but no longer. Stopped by on Sunday to pick up supper. Very rude employee at the call box and the window. Had to repeat order 3 times and once at the window. The 2nd window was no better. Employee was rude. Gave me the wrong sized drink and then wanted to argue with me about that. Got my food and tasted a fry and not to my surprise the fries were totally cold and old. I said something to the worker and she said it would take 10 minutes to cook more. I decided against that and just left. If this was just a one time thing, no big deal but over the last year or so, these types of issues keep happening but just at this location. Do better Wendy’s!

Today was terrible at this Wendy’s. They gave us cold stale fries, the buns were hard, and the burgers were poorly assembled. Whoever they had in staff today gave zero cares. The person on the headset was doing his job though. Speedy, clear, and accurate.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!
Placed a mobile order at 10:15pm after it said they close at 11pm. Got there at 10:30pm and no one is answering the drive thru, drove up to the window and they said they are closed. WHY POST HOURS IF YOU AREN’T GOING TO BE OPEN UNTIL THEN!!! It’s so irresponsible. I’m tired of giving them money, there is always an issue with late night orders, food cold and rude employees!! SHUT THIS STORE DOWN ALREADY!!

This was the best fast food experience I’ve ever had to date. Kahl, as it turns out is pronounced Kale, is hilarious and personable even without the name tag. We cracked jokes and exchanged banter between the car and window while putting in our order. Everyone in the car had come from the Renaissance Festival in their full costumes hot, hungry, and tired, but Kahl and crew turned it around. Our whole team is also thankful for the management and other staff who’s fun and enjoyment continued. We will always come back to this Wendy’s when we are in the area.
