The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Food came out fast and fresh. The impossible sliders and the fish sliders are the sliders to get.

The only good thing is they stay open 24 hours.The drive-thru takes about 30 min cause it’s only one worker over night. They need to hire more workers for over night.It takes too long to get the food.The food is really fresh and good but it just takes too long.Then the car infornt of me had a person on the roof.

So apparently it’s starting to become a thing with locking the lobby now when dealing with too many customers? I had a DoorDash order that needed to be delivered and it ended up being late as the lobby was closed and they wouldn’t allow anyone inside. If they are that understaffed they really need to get more workers.

Burgers were slimy, but nice and hot. Buns just way over steamed. Fries were just ok. Warm enough, but could have been better. Drink was a little off tasting. Whatever. It’s White Castle. You know what you’re getting. It’s gotten so pricy tho. Over $10 for 2 doubles with cheese combo. Just glad to have the real deal ones instead of the frozen ones. Cashier had plenty of tude. Typical. 1 minute of my life I can let go of.

We stopped here yesterday on the way home to southern Illinois from a children’s hospital trip. when we arrived we tried to enter through the lobby which was locked so we loaded back in the truck and went through the drive thru after finally reaching the speaker to order we let them know we have two orders the lady asked us to hold on, she then comes back on the speaker and tells us we can not place two orders through the drive thru so I then asked if the lobby was open she told me no we are short staffed. So we couldn’t go in to order we couldn’t order through the drive thru unless we ordered one order then went back around got in line again to place a second order. I found this to be completely ridiculous!!!! And at that point we decided to leave. Never in my life have I heard this before.

They don’t know what they are doing . They for got about my food as I was waiting inside then they didn’t know which bag was mine they forgot about my fries . Another person in there wanted a refund because they messed up on their food . They didn’t know how to do refunds . They seemed lost one guy walking in circles. I dont know if he was high or what . It surprise me if they end up closing the doors soon .

Where’s my damn food? I have screenshots and receipts. Charged for the same email twice, $24 for pickup $42 for delivery. Got neither. Can’t get the store on the phone!!!! So $66 outta my pocket I got no food and doordash telling me they can’t do nothing. Ima call the store one more time to see if I can have someone pick up my order. If I don’t get my money back or my food, I’m bringing the store.

My husband placed an online order, it got a little busy and they forgot the dessert. No biggie for us, we just called to let them know and they guy kindly invited him to come back to the store and gave us a our dessert and them some for the inconvenience. Very nice staff and really appreciate their kindness. Its hard to find that any more in fast food.

Never had the food before. The chicken sandwich was great. The fries are pretty good. The place was dirty and we were there late. The staff was in no hurry to help us but they were nice.
