I used to get a pizza nearly every Friday for the past 6 months, the last 3-4 weeks the pies are missing toppings.
Ordered a pie with 2 additional toppings, just got those 2 toppings.
Trey is a rude fast talking employee & has zero customer service skills , places blame on his co-workers.

We ordered a non dairy cheese CHICKEN bacon ranch STUFFED pizza. Instead we got a non stuffed, no chicken at all pizza with who knows what ingredients. It wasn’t even non dairy cheese you can see the cheddar in there, and there isn’t even supposed to be green onions on it? How do you mess up a pizza you don’t even have to cook?

I love Papa Murphy’s pizza, but this location has really gone downhill. The staff is much less friendly than they used to have, they skimp on the toppings, and on one visit I was denied service and told they stop taking orders 30 minutes before closing.
Tonight, I pretty much had to remake the pizza when I got home because the cheese was all piled in the middle, and I got maybe 2/3 the amount of pepperoni they used to put on.
I have actually cut down my visits to this store in favor of making a frozen pizza at home, which is just sad…

I would give it a zero if I could This was our first time coming and last time.
They young two guys was nice the manger was VERY RUDE I ASKFOR A PIZZA THAT THEY HAD FOR 8.99 THAT I SAW REMIND YOU THIS OUR FIRST TIME AND I TOLD THEM THAT AND THEY SAID OK we didn’t know we had to take the pizza home to cook it so I ask why are the taking pizza outside that look unhook and that’s when he told me I ask could I get a refund and he said I’ll have to call my boss because I don’t know how I said ok he get on the phone and tell me THEY DONT GIVE REFUND AND SAID SIR I DIDNT KNOW AND HE HAVEN’T MADE THE PIZZA YET AND HE SAID IF YOU DONT TAKE THE PIZZA WHEN WOULD CALL THE POLICE AND WHICH HE DID ON US AND HE WAS VERY RUDE TO THE YOUNG GUY WHO WAS THERE THAT WAS ON THE PHONE HE WAS YELLING AND ThreadinG US ALL BECAUSE I WANTED MY MONEY BACK I NEVER WAS RUDE AND YOU CAN ASK THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WAS THERE I STILL WILL LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE OVER HIM HE NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE Pizza so nasty no taste not that much topping never again… rude manager

The teen was in the store by herself lobby was full and yet she was still smiling it took longer than usual to get my order but surprisingly it was the best-looking pizza I had. I was unaware that she splits the tips and I wanted a refund on the tips but she was busy. Tried to give her more in cash she didn’t accept
