If you’re in Scottsbluff, you MUST stop here. What a delightful snow cone & coffee shop. It was very busy when we (a group of 11) went. Staff was very friendly, our order was correct and ready pretty quickly. In addition, the area was clean. No indoor seating, but there are picnic tables available & you can watch them make your snow cones.

Arrived at 9:56pm & young girl working refused us service saying they were closed even though it wasn’t 10 yet. I get she wants to go home but seriously she could of just gave the 1 simple drink since technically it says their open till 10pm!

I had a maxed ice cup for the 1st time a year ago. I thought they were the best thing since sliced bread. I don’t know what has changed in a years time, but everytime I’ve went through this year ot gets worse and worse. Went through tonight, ordered the same thing I always order, for a medium rootbeer maxed it had maybe a half of a pump of flavor. I called to ask them if they were out of flavoring, girl said no. I told her mine didn’t have any. Her response was for me to go all the way back and have them put a few pumps in. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she’s a supervisor and thay the manager doesnt come in. That explains why its downhill so bad. I guess dairy queen will be getting my money from now on!

If I could give less then one star I would this place is horrible the only time you get something decent is when the manager is there to make it everyone else there is to incompetent to take a simple order and can’t make a simple snow cone. The employees have a horrible attitude and just don’t care when you tell them it’s not made right or the snow cones are all hard ice with no flavor they just say o well or well I guess I can make another. If you want to waste money then go there.

Jax is my go to for coffee. They are quick and very friendly. I made an order of 7 drinks and only waited for maybe 5 minutes. I love the new flavor combinations they come up with. Definitely give this place a try! They have so many options. Coffee, snow cones, soft serve ice cream, soft drinks, and Italian sodas! My favorite combo would be their blended creamy mochas.

This is a fun and inexpensive place to get a drink or snack. I would pass on the coffee, but that’s no reason to skip a stop because there are plenty of other goodies. The snow cones are awesome and very inexpensive. The limeades and real fruit smoothie are also great. But the best item on the menu is there scones. Even if it’s the end of the day, it’s worth asking if they have any left.
