Twisters are thrown together horribly, barely any lettuce or tomato, only two chicken strips, a complete joke.
I ordered a large mashed potato and it was half empty. The sauce cups I ordered were stained and looked old. On top of all of that, they forgot one of the meals.

The people were kind and accommodating. We had to wait on fresh chicken but it was well worth it. They were busy so you have to expect that when they’re busy you have to wait on it. The nightime manager is always nice. She’s always smiling and working. Drive- thru was booming and everyone was working like a well oiled machine. It’s nice to see such great teamwork. Keep up the good work night shift.

Way too expensive for us! The quality of their food has gone down so much! Plus everything we were ordering “they were out of” or “it would be over a 20 min wait”
They “had to put tenders” on our chicken sandwich, the famous bowl had about 3 pieces of dry, hard to chew chicken pieces. The corn wasnt even cooked! We ordered the 7 piece double mashed meal as well, the 2 containers of mashed potatoes had about 1 and a half scoops of mashed potatoes, they forgot our biscuits, didnt have napkins, didnt have plastic ware… we are not coming back ✌️ what a waste of $35!

Placed an online order an hour in advance, food just come out as I walked through the door, and it was absolutely perfect!! Wow I have never had such a great meal from kfc ever in my life! The employees were very pleasant and both greeted me promptly. Will for sure be back!

1st of all Customer Service training is a must. Very rude, unprofessional and down right disrespectful crew members! Terrible!
2nd: They are almost always 1) “Not taking any orders for another 10-15 minutes” because they are out of chicken and have none prepared. Poor time management.

I got the $7 three piece tender meal and these were the smallest overcooked tenders I have ever had they were terrible and the biscuits were dry and hard the pie bites dry and flavorless but at least the mashed potatoes and gravy was hot and tasted pretty good so I recommend just going somewhere else honestly

It is the worst KFC that I have ever seen.
If they run out of Original recipe chicken at 730 they do not make anymore. Every time I go there and they’re out of something. The employees forget that they are there to serve the public and the one manager there is horrible. If you try to call them, they hang up on you or won’t answer the phone. They will take it off of the hook. They are pretty consistent on screwing up your order. I don’t see them staying open much longer. I tried to get the district manager‘s phone number or email, but they would not give it to me.

Really simple order…I asked for 8 pieces of Original Recipe. I received 8 pieces of extra Crispy. Then had the audacity to ask me to return the food to the other side of town.

I ALWAYS place a very big order and always in advance I give them at least a 2 hour window. Every time I do I end up waiting over 40 minutes for my order the manager is ignorant and could care less. They lost my business and I will be calling a corporate office

You will have to wait a while for your order no matter what you order. The guy working the front counter is so rude and has literally no customer service. I placed an order on the app. They didn’t have the mashed potatoe poppers in stock but I ordered and paid for 2 orders on the app. He then tells me, “well idk what your going to do about that”. I thought your job was customer service. Or grab a manager. The mountain lightening peaches and cream, to me, tasted like sweet lightening with an aftertaste of dirty water. The photo I add shows the thickness and all the chunks inside of this drink.
