Yummy! We got the fried chicken plate and the mixed pupusas. Everything was nice and hot and cooked perfectly. The pupusas were very tasty, filled nicely and not greasy. The chicken was moist and flavorful with abundant banana chips in the side with slaw and drizzly sauce on top and picked onions.
It was a little tough to eat bone in chicken on a Styrofoam plate with plastic utensils, but delicious enough that we didn’t care. It cost $29.00 to feed the both of us.
They’ve got a few grocery items like snacks, cookies and drinks. It’s very clean and well organized. We bought some banana chips, nuts and a mango coconut drink.
You order at the counter, then the food is cooked in the food truck outside and then brought inside to your table. Water cups are very small and don’t get refilled unless you go back up to the counter and ask.
They charge an extra 4% of you use a card, so bring cash to save on the upcharge.
Very nice experience. My belly is full but I don’t feel heavy or stuffed. If you haven’t been, you should go. We’re going to try the asada fries next time.

Oh my God, I have to say that this is the best street tacos i’ve had probably in my entire life. The portion sizes are a lot bigger than you would expect. The food has an amazing flavor that just explodes with every bite. Isaac is super friendly and very eager to satisfy your hunger needs an earn your business! I guarantee you will be repeat customer. I highly recommend you stopping by, you won’t regret it!!!

OMG YUM! That’s all I can say. If I had to request a “last meal”, I would ask for a mixed (bean, cheese, pork) papusa from Sosa’s Papusas! They are sooooooo delicious. Their new location on the corner of Barnes and Oro Blanco in NE Colorado Springs is beautiful and VERY clean. They recently started selling assorted items from Central America and it’s awesome to get a little piece of Honduras in my own home in the form of cookies, drinks, and snacks. The owner is so kind and welcoming and every employee I have talked with is wonderful, too. I love Sosa’s Papusas! Check out my photos!

We found this place while road tripping through Colorado. The pupusas were incredible! All the food we ordered was so delicious, hot and fresh. Their salsa was also very good and I appreciated having a mild option! The owner was so sweet, and the service was great. Definitely recommend giving them a try! And if you do get the horchata to wash down your yummy meal!

Tried it with one of my friends and she and I love it. The staff was so friendly and when we were willing to pay for extra pickle onions and cabbage and they gave it us a lot more that we expected and for free. What was unique was that they had the classic pork, cheese, bean, they also had mushrooms (love mushrooms) and loroco. They also had real sugar cane soda instead fructose which I was glad since that’s the only soda I can drink. There horchata was great too not super sweet, the cinnamon was not too overpowering, just right. I highly recommend this place! Will definitely go back!

I got mulita pupusas at the food truck but they gave me pupusas with no meat, no cheese, just refried beans and they were soggy and fell apart immediately. The worst pupusas I have ever had. I was told 10 minutes and it took 27 minutes as well.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Best pupusas I’ve had and at a reasonable price (4.25 each). They have a fun little store inside with candy and some other stuff. I definitely recommend this place!!! The salsa that came with my mixed pupusa is DELICIOUS too. I need to come here more often. I’ve never seen it super busy so that’s a plus too, food doesn’t take too long! Everyone’s friendly.
