Don’t waste your time going to this one, go to the one on Main St. The remodel of the store is great, however it’d be nice if the quality of the food matched. Went in tonight and picked up an online order for 4 sandwiches, 2 chips and 2 drinks. Spent almost $50, and every single one of the sandwiches are wrong. I’ve attached pictures of the worst one. That sandwich in particular was ordered with double meat, bacon and LIGHT mayo and mustard. It did not have double meat or bacon, and the pile of mustard and mayo I scraped off that sandwich is half as thick as the sandwich itself. I will not be back to this location even though it is the most convenient. Almost every single order I’ve ever gotten was wrong to some degree, but this was ridiculous. I live out of town and it’s not worth the gas to go back and have them remade.

Really poor management. I got the wrong food, and the Manager Priscilla called me and yelled at me about having security camera footage of me getting the right food? I took a few bites and had to throw it away because it was not right.. And I was back at work.. So I couldn’t go back up there. Really unprofessional 🙁

I asked for what it came with but she kept asking what I wanted on it. And I kept having to tell her how it comes. I don’t think it’s to hard to understand. Also she added mustard on my son’s sandwich then when I asked to fix it and replace the meat she just wiped off the mustard. Never go to this location!!!!

The employee working this morning at 9 was rude, was throwing containers and slamming things around. Threw the lid to the meatballs and it fell on the floor then she picked it up and threw it at the sink where she had just stacked the fresh baked cookies so it bounced off of them and landed behind the sink. Slammed the microwave multiple times, was throwing things in the back and slamming the oven and proofer.. Put 6 inches worth of meat on all 3 footlong sandwiches, stopped in the middle of making my sandwich and made the sanitizer for the knives while wearing the gloves and clenching the chemical packet. She tosses it and then goes straight to man handling my sandwich in such a manner it had to be intentional I couldn’t believe otherwise and did so without replacing the gloves she just handled the chemical and the sink handles etc with. Then she sloshes the knife around in the mix, uses the wet knife and cuts my sandwich and then wipes al the extra sauce on the knife in my wrapper so the top of the bread had sauce all over it. I almost walked out and left her standing there and I should have. I will absolutely never go to this subway again, and I will make it a point to deter anyone I know from that place. Threw my cold chemical meatball sub in the trash, great waste of 40 bucks and a fantastic way to start the day. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Stop by to get a late dinner. The store was empty and very cold inside. They were out of meat balls for a sandwich. Two disengaged male workers who could careless whether you were there or not. I will not be going back to this location again.

The fresh ingredients smell kicked me hard on the face!!! Super nice staff. Didn’t see a name tag but the gentlemen with black glasses made my sub taste like the blood of my enemy’s. So I enjoyed it greatly. Thank, tuna is smooth.
